This is Barney and smudge, they came in for Emily’s tooth cleaning service. There’s pictures show how an amazing job she does! She is fully qualified in emmi- pet tooth cleaning. This process involves a UV toothbrush that creates microbubbles that gently break down the plaque and tartar from your dogs teeth and leaves them fresh and pearly white 😁

😎Fun thurs’ 😎

Recently, the crazy duo Ozzy and reggie boarded at the kennels with us. Ozzy and Reggie are regular boarders here and Lindrick and we see them very often! Reggie is one crazy doggy, he loves to play with toys, he also loves to bark at the staff and demand they play with him too. Whereas Ozzy, he just observes and loves to just sniff around in the paddock. You can just see their personalities shining through these pictures! 🥰😎🐾

We are absolutely devastated to hear the news that one of our much loved boarders has gone over the rainbow bridge. Freya was a huge character at lindrick and much loved by all our staff. Although it was Freyas' way or no way, her cheeky character made us fall that much more in love with her. She would enjoy going out into the paddock and finding a ball and stand barking at you until you would kick it for her. Sleep well now, beautiful Freya. Our thoughts are with Freyas family at this difficult time. Fly high and play with all those footballs up there 🥰😇🌈

🐶Rescue of the Week🐶

This weeks candidate for rescue of the week is Rufus! Rufus is roughly 2 years old and came from the pound. Rufus is a very playful dog and loves to chase the ball around in the paddock! He walks well on the lead once the excitement of spending time with his pawsome friends is out. However, Rufus is dog reactive. Therefore he cannot be rehomed with another dog. He is one lovely dog and he deserves to have a forever home! 🏠 🐶🐾❤️

This weeks candidate for marvellous Monday is Cody! Cody recently boarded at the kennels, he enjoyed going on his daily walk and having cuddles from our staff. He was a true bundle of joy! 🤩 Here we can see he is raring to go, he was one excited doggy when he went on his walks. 🤪❤️ not only did he enjoy playing in the paddock, he also loved to sun bathe - atleast when the sun did come out, he enjoyed the rays as much as he could! we hope we get to see Cody very soon! 🐾🐶✨

🐶 Rescue of the week 🐶

This week’s rescue of the week is Alfie! Alfie is an Akita and is a rescue here at Lindrick, his rescue is Second Chance Akita Rescue (SCAR) and he has been boarding at the kennels from July 2024. Alfie is 3 years old, he walks well on the lead and enjoys playing in the paddock. Alfie does need someone who is willing to provide positive reinforcement training as he is known for guarding and this will help his progression in the future!

Recently, we had the pleasure of boarding Alfie in the cattery. He loved to sit and watch the ducks 🦆 waddle around the garden and loved a fuss. Alfie gave us a firm reminder that he wanted his food in the morning and at dinner time! He was a real treasure to have in the cattery and we can’t wait to see him again soon. 🥰
