I've been having lots of cancellations on the day recently and understand it can't be helped sometimes, but im self employed and this is my only source of income! If you need to cancel on the day the charge will need to be paid before re-booking.

Hi just a reminder to all customers I am no longer accepting bank transfers.

Also, I'm constantly getting customers cancel on the day/last minute sometimes when I arrive and they've forgot etc, which only has an affect on me.
So any cancellations on the day from now on there will be a charge of £10 when you re book. I get this can't be helped sometimes, but I'm unable to fill the space last minute and I lose money.

It's hard with 3 children and running a business, so going forward I want things to run as smooth as possible, not chasing payments and stressing regarding cancellations and money.

Hi just a heads up when booking an appointment, we have no availability for collection or drop off till the beginning of April, so please try and book in advance and secure your appointment. I'm hoping things will settle down in April when I'm back to normal off maternity leave 🤞 🐾

Just a quick update on appointment waiting times 🐾

The earliest availability is Tuesday 19th March!

My phone has literally not stopped and I'm trying my very best to do what I can till baby starts nursery full time in April!

So please bare with me and try and book in advance on the day for your next appointment where possible, and don't leave it till they are desperate as I can't physically do any more.

Hopefully from April things will be back to normal 🤞😅

If I have missed your message please give me a comment or re send. I'm struggling with answering the phone in-between working and baby/kids and my brain is well and truly frazzled ( 33 missed calls today 😔) and not a minute to ring them all back, so please try and text me or message on here.

UPDATE..FEBRUARY IS FULLY BOOKED FOR COLLECTIONS... STILL A FEW DAYS AVAILABLE FOR DROP OFF.

NEXT APPOINTMENTS ARE MARCH.

The current waiting time for an appointment at the moment is 5 weeks (sorry were worse then the GPs at the minute 😅)

So please book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment!
