Hi just a reminder to all customers I am no longer accepting bank transfers.

Also, I'm constantly getting customers cancel on the day/last minute sometimes when I arrive and they've forgot etc, which only has an affect on me.
So any cancellations on the day from now on there will be a charge of £10 when you re book. I get this can't be helped sometimes, but I'm unable to fill the space last minute and I lose money.

It's hard with 3 children and running a business, so going forward I want things to run as smooth as possible, not chasing payments and stressing regarding cancellations and money.

From June payments will be cash only on the day of your appointment please.

I'm forever chasing payments and waiting for money owed and feel this is the only way to relive the stress me doing this.

Hi just a heads up when booking an appointment, we have no availability for collection or drop off till the beginning of April, so please try and book in advance and secure your appointment. I'm hoping things will settle down in April when I'm back to normal off maternity leave 🤞 🐾

Just a quick update on appointment waiting times 🐾

The earliest availability is Tuesday 19th March!

My phone has literally not stopped and I'm trying my very best to do what I can till baby starts nursery full time in April!

So please bare with me and try and book in advance on the day for your next appointment where possible, and don't leave it till they are desperate as I can't physically do any more.

Hopefully from April things will be back to normal 🤞😅

If I have missed your message please give me a comment or re send. I'm struggling with answering the phone in-between working and baby/kids and my brain is well and truly frazzled ( 33 missed calls today 😔) and not a minute to ring them all back, so please try and text me or message on here.

UPDATE..FEBRUARY IS FULLY BOOKED FOR COLLECTIONS... STILL A FEW DAYS AVAILABLE FOR DROP OFF.

NEXT APPOINTMENTS ARE MARCH.

The current waiting time for an appointment at the moment is 5 weeks (sorry were worse then the GPs at the minute 😅)

So please book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment!

Just a quick notice to let all customers know we are fully booked till January and have been for a few weeks now.

If you have an appointment and need to cancel please give us plenty of notice so we can give it to someone else, and bare in mind we won't be able to fit you back in till Jan.

Over the next few weeks on the lead up to Christmas, I will be back in work doing pick ups and drop offs again.
I'm working around childcare, so these appointments will be specific days and they will go fast, so please book to avoid disappointment.

Thankyou to all my customers for being so patient during my maternity leave, it is greatly appreciated. I've missed alot of calls and messages but as you can imagine, I've not had a minute. My business is still open and i will try my best to accommodate you all where possible ❤️

Ive had an amazing time watching my little boy growing and im not quite ready to leave him yet, so moving forward to next year I will be taking another few months off with my him, before im back to my normal routine from around March, but will keep you all updated best I can ❤️
