Timmy is picture-perfect as the star of our 2024 calendar, but it took a while before he was ready for his close-up! He came into the care of Cats Protection Sleaford & District Branch with skin issues on his neck and back, which required surgery and treatment with steroids. After six months of nursing him back to health, Karen, who had been fostering Timmy, adopted him. You can purchase our 2024 calendar in one of our charity shops or online here: http://spr.ly/2024CatCalendars

Tabby cat Toby who went missing shortly after the Allan family moved in 2012 was presumed gone forever, but amazingly thanks to his microchip was reunited with his family 11 years later! Coventry Cats Protection were called by someone who had been feeding Toby, who scanned his microchip and contacted the family who were shocked and thrilled. A review received via email:-

When we booked a 3-week holiday we knew that a special cattery would be required for our elderly cat. We viewed many but having met Viv and looked around her facilities we were delighted to have found such a lovely place. We could tell that Viv would look after her and felt relieved. As promised, Viv sent us a video every evening and we were so pleased to see how relaxed Mia was and that her ears were up and her eyes wide open - she was obviously content. We will definitely use Posh Paws again with confidence.

Twelve-year-old Louie arrived at our Cats Protection - National Cat Adoption Centre after his owner passed away. He soon showed our team what a friendly, loving and playful boy he was, despite his age. However, Louie spent 163 days in our care before finding a forever home. Sadly, older cats can take up to three times longer to home than kittens. Enter our Christmas Cat Lovers Raffle to help us give cats like Louie the care and attention they need – and be in with the chance of winning our top prize of £25,000! http://spr.ly/WinterRaffle ❄️

Posh Paws | Our Inspiration

This journey started 16 years ago when I had my two cats, Holly and Monty and I was looking to go away and so started to look for somewhere for them to stay. My image of what a cattery would be like and the reality were very different and so the more I looked at the more I came to realise that I could do better and that I could provide a loving, caring and enriched environment where I wold be happy to leave my ‘girls’. From then the drive has been to do just that. So through some tough years and working in an industry I didn’t want to work in I am proud to introduce to you………….Posh Paws Cat Hotel.
