I also offer cat/small animal feeding in your home. Please do give me a call or message for chat about what you might need. I love dogs and have been around them since I was a small child growing up. As well as always having my own dogs, I also worked at Battersea Dogs Home in London for 5 years. I believe working alongside vets and animal behaviourists with dogs from so many backgrounds has given
me a great insight into caring for their unique needs and personalities. I have a French Bulldog called Stitch. I have never owned this breed before, and I have realised his needs are different from my previous dogs. Stitch has a squished face (medically called Brachycephalic). He loves to run and play but has difficulty breathing if he over does it. His breathing is also affected by hot weather and through my research I’ve discovered cold weather too. I was looking for a dog walker that specialises in this type of dog – one who would exercise him in a way that suited him. Even though he loves to go for a long walk and trek up the hills to see the Cissbury Ring ponies, he’s not always able to. I couldn’t find any walkers in my local area that provide this service, so I created ‘Frenchie’s and Small Friends’. At the heart of it the service I provide is walks that keep our dogs fit, but that they can manage. Longer walks in cooler weather, more local walks, a play in your home/garden or local park. If your dog loves other dogs, then Stitch is always available for a walking companion or play! He loves other dogs. My services are for smaller squished faces such as:
- French Bulldogs
- Boston Terrier
- Pugs
- Shih Tzu
- King Charles Spaniel
- Lhasa Apso
- Griffon Bruxellios
Any small cross breed squishy faces are also welcome!! If your squishy face has a non-squishy sibling/siblings I am more than happy to walk them at the same time as long as they are happy with the walks I provide. Please do give me a call for chat about what you might need.
