I often get asked what I eat and how I maintain my energy in this job…so I thought I would share my take on it! 🐶💪🏻😝

🐶🌭 **The Dog Walker's Diet: Mastering the Art of Snack Acrobatics** 🌭🐶

So, you've decided to become a dog walker, eh? Welcome to the elite club where your primary exercise is dodging p**p and your secondary exercise is performing feats of dietary magic. Maintaining a balanced diet as a dog walker is a delicate dance, requiring a blend of precision, creativity, and an indifference to social norms. Here's how to maintain this illustrious diet:

1. **Breakfast of Champions:**
- Start your day with a gallon of coffee or tea (tea is my preference!). Yes, an actual gallon. It’s the nectar of the gods, and you'll need it to dodge traffic, avoid squirrels, and stay upright.
- Add a donut or three. Who needs balance when you have sugar highs? 🍩 ☕️

2. **Mid-Morning Snack:**
- Between pulling Maggie away from another suspicious bush and stopping Andy from rolling in something unmentionable, sneak in a granola bar. Make sure it has enough chocolate to qualify as a dessert…or just have a chocolate bar! 🍫
- Chase it with another cup of coffee. You’re not addicted; you’re committed.

3. **Lunch on the Go:**
- Here's where your creativity shines! A sandwich, preferably something that won’t get squished by the 6 tennis balls, 2 water bottles and spare leads in your bag.
- Avoid lettuce. It's just crunchy water and will make you look too health-conscious. 🥬 🥪

- This is when the magic happens. You’ve got a 10 minute window between walks? Perfect. Grab a handful of whatever is closest – crisps, pretzels, dog treats (kidding… mostly).

- You’re exhausted, but you deserve a feast. Order takeout from the nearest place that won’t judge you for eating in your car while covered in fur.
