Due to the increase in running costs, namely the insurance, Longdean Stud is having to increase the cost of arena hire.
We have stayed at the same price since the beginning, and this is not a decision we take lightly. The new price of £25 an hour will come into effect from May 1st 2024.

Thought we’d give the desensitisation a go today with some tarpaulin a yoga mat and a small strip of fake grass!! He was a pro! Need bigger bits next time I think!

The valley herd were pleased to see the tractor arrive with haylage this morning 🚜🐎🚜 they seem to have bonded well as a large group of 5 mares and 2 geldings with an organised pecking order!!

This is Evra (Longdean Dakota) on the left at 6.30am before I got him in to get ready for his show, the snooze in the sun obviously did him the world of good, because he was a superstar today scoring 71% and 74%!! Which means we’ve got enough points to qualify for the regionals at novice gold in 2 outings! What a beautiful, black, shiny boy he is ☺️😇😎
