FLEAS & TICKS
Did you know that when your pet has fleas, only 5% of the fleas are living on your pet, the other 95% are in the home environment?! 😳😬
Parasites can be found in city parks and some of them may even be in your back garden! Warmer winters and hotter summers are the perfect combination for parasites to thrive.

Staff pets of a different kind in our Shotton branch today .... Darla & Dottie the orphan goats needed a feed at lunchtime 💕
Another addition to our Penyffordd branch was an enclosed pen for allowing inpatients to exercise and toilet comfortably and safely.
This means patients are free to walk / sniff around rather than being out on a lead whilst being kept safe and secure. What a lovely day to have it tested out by staff pets Ted & Eric🌞🐶
A good deed for the day 😍
A little tawny owl was brought to the practice after being found on the bypass.
After a full health check from vet Alexa and a few days R&R, the owl was happily released back into the wild.
Well done Alexa & team 👏
