🧡Who are the faces behind Ferns Pawsome Walks....

I have been working for dog walking and doggy daycare companies for nearly the last decade. Where has the time gone!
I decided to start my own dog walking business a couple of years ago, which had become a huge success in Aylesbury
I have since moved back to my hometown, Wrexham, and have brought my fiancé along for the ride, who is committing more of his time at FPW going from part time to full time
I have grown up around gun dogs, namely nutty springers and cockers, so I know exactly what it is like dealing with hyperactive dogs!
I have also handled a lot bigger, differently natured dogs such as Akita's and German Shepherds. I have come across all different types of dogs all with their own unique, silly and sometimes misunderstood personalities
Fern is my current doggy who is a working Fox Red Labrador and is the inspiration behind the logo and the name

My name is Em, not Fern, as a lot of people think
I completed the 2021 London Marathon for charity even though I tore a muscle in my calf on mile 3!

My name is Jake, I run the business alongside my fiancé Em
I have been brought up alongside a different array of dogs and dog breeds during my childhood. I grew up alongside GSD, Labrador's, Jack Russell's and Akita's
Owning Akita's (yes, two!) is what helped develop my love and passion for dog training and learning all about doggy body language. Although they cannot talk, they definitely do communicate
I love being out and about, in and around nature, walking and hiking with a trusty K9 companion
Fun fact: not so fun, but I am training for my first full marathon which will take place in Brighton next year
