I can say from experience, rescuing an animal is the most rewarding experience💙 Wish I had space for this gorgeous girl🥹 Please share with anyone who might be interested!🐾

This stunning girl is Evie, a gorgeous 3 year old who is so loving and playful and absolutely loves children! 🖤

Evie is housetrained, making her an easy addition to a home. She is full of energy and adores playing, especially with children over the age of six, making her an ideal companion for families with young kids.

Evie's playful spirit is balanced by her cuddly and affectionate side. She loves to snuggle up and enjoy the company of her humans, always ready to give and receive love 🐾🖤

Evie does have a high prey drive and is therefore not suitable for homes with cats or small dogs. Whilst her recall is coming along well, Evie can be quite dominant and so is probably best as a solo dog. 🫣 With this in mind, she needs a home with someone who understands greyhounds and is familiar with the breed’s unique needs and characteristics to ensure she thrives.

Evie is looking for a loving home where she is the only dog and where she can be both a playmate and a cuddle-buddy to her humans. 🥰 Could that be you?

We’re always happy to support local charities - well done everyone!🥰

The moment I'm sure you've all been patiently waiting for 👀....

Together, we have raised an astounding £1,172 😱🤯

This means both North East Wales Search and Rescue & 1st Penycae Scouts Publicity will be receiving £586 each!

Which I'm sure will be a great help for both!

A huge thank you again to all of you amazing people who supported and attended the event, held a stall or activity, performed for us and of course to the ones that helped set up and clear up afterwards (thank you, Sarah & girls!)

After 11 years in this industry, I still go to Crufts every year and discover a new innovation in dog grooming equipment! There are thousands of variations of tools and gadgets for coat care, and most people are lost as to what is appropriate for their dog’s individual needs. This is where we can help🤠
All dogs can benefit from at-home grooming between appointments. Whether your pet is long or short coated, adores being brushed or hates it with a passion, I will always offer a recommendation for the most appropriate tools to keep at home. This means you’ll save money, time and allows you and your dog to enjoy the experience! Each dog is different, and sometimes the amount of options can be overwhelming, so why not ask the expert’s advice?

We’re sorry reply’s might have been a bit slow but we’re currently away on our holidays! We will get back to you as quick as we can.
We’re enjoying some time away in France visiting family 🇫🇷 from one pack to another 🐾 we’re missing all our lovely customers but luckily we’ve got plenty of doggy’s and some cats to keep us company while we’re here

Ever noticed your dog itching, dandruff, or their coat isn’t as shiny as it used to be? We can help! We always keep a variety of specialist products for different skin & coat conditions in the salon. For a pup presenting with the above issues, we’d always suggest an Evening Primrose Oil treatment to soothe that dry, possibly irritated skin.
Evening Primrose Oil is well known thanks to its many health benefits for both humans and animals. The treatment contains high levels Omega 6 & 9 fatty acids to hydrate and soothe the skin, while promoting hair growth and deeply conditioning your dog’s coat.
Did you know - If your vet prescribes medicated shampoo for a skin complaint, we can take care of it all for you in the salon! Just bring the shampoo to your appointment and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of to the vet’s specifications🐾

PS. Little Fred doesn’t have dandruff… but that tail wag🥰

Today we’re celebrating the gorgeous rescue dogs in our Canine Styles family! ‘Dog Grooming Salon’ doesn’t always mean Crufts show dogs being pampered within an inch of their lives… It’s an animal welfare service - just like taking your dog to the vets, or on their daily walk!

1. Sid is a nervous Romanian rescue. We’re working with Sid and his lovely owners on some coat regrowth issues from his past life, he’s making steady improvements with every visit!
2. Marnie suffers from skin and coat problems, every four weeks she visits us for a restorative treatment to ease her itching and promote healthy skin. She loves the fuss too!
3. Merlin is a gentle giant. He was in need of some special attention at the salon to be ready for his new home! Now a regular tidy up trim keeps him looking handsome as ever.
4. Womble is the sweetest. A nervous girl at first, but now she runs into the salon to give us kisses every time she arrives!
