An old video from a few years back, but still true today. If your dog is a bite risk we WILL groom them, and we will use as little restraining as possible. We have many dogs that started off as full muzzled that are more relaxed, and are now happy to be groomed with just the loop, but it takes work, and we will never advertise as restraint free because that's simply not safe.
