My next appointments are…. Closed every Wed/Sun and bank holidays … …. Fri 5th Jan 12.30,or 3.30… Sat 6th Jan 9 am or 3.30 … Mon 8th 2pm or 3.30... Thurs 11th 9am, 10.30, 12.30, 2pm or 3.30... Fri 12th 12.30, 2pm or 3.30 ... Sat 13th 9am, 10.30, 2pm or 3.30 .. Mon 15th 9am or 3.30 …. Thurs 18th 9am , 2pm or 3.30 … Fri 19th 9am, 10.30, 12.30, 2pm or 3.30 … Sat 20th 9 am , 10.30, 12.30, 2pm or 3.30 all messages and comments will be answered within working hours . 1. No shows and rearranging appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged £15 , Which will need to be paid before I rebook. Repeat missed appointments will be asked to pay a deposit of half the groom before every future booking
2. Payments are cash or bank transfer only . Bank transfer must be done before you collect your dog as my signal here is not great. 3.Please put your dogs on leads and walk them up to the groom room where I will take them by the lead from you, extendable leads please keep them locked and short
4 Please pick up your dogs mess and I will pop it in the bin . Bags are provided if you don't have one with you .

Polite notice . I have had a few new clients over the last month who have brought me aggressive dogs with no mention of it on booking . I have taken a lovely bite today . Any dogs who try and bite , the groom will be stopped and owner asked to collect and full payment for groom finished or not will be expected . Thank you

Polite notice . Please keep your dogs on there leads from your car right up till you hand them to me and extendable on short and locked . Not all dogs are friendly so please don’t let you dog go over to anyone else’s . Thank you 🐾
