… There is now a £20 deposit needed to book appointments which needs to be paid upon booking . No appointments will be held without the deposit , cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will lose the £20 deposit and to rebook a future date will need to pay another deposit .Thank you . My next available appointments are …, ….… Mon 6th 9 am ,… … Fri 10th 9am ,12.30 ,or 3.30 … Mon 13th 10.30 , 12.30, 3.30.. Tues 14th 2pm …. Thurs 16th 9am, 10.30, 12.30, 2pm or 3.30… Fri 17th 9am , 10.30, 12.30 , 2pm , 3.30… Sat 18th 9am, 10.30, 12.30, 2pm , 3.30…. all messages and comments will be answered within working hours . 1. No shows and rearranging appointments with less than 24 hours notice will lose the £20 deposit and will need to pay another £20 to rebook .
2. Payments are cash or bank transfer only . Bank transfer must be done before you collect your dog as my signal here is not great. 3.Please put your dogs on leads and walk them up to the groom room where I will take them by the lead from you, extendable leads please keep them locked and short
4 Please pick up your dogs mess and I will pop it in the bin . Bags are provided if you don't have one with you .
