I think i have got back to all my messages now! 😅 if i have missed you please give me another nudge!!

I can’t believe we are at the end of yet another year 😅 is it just me or is life just flying by? I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support for another year, I am always so grateful to you all for supporting my small business. This year has been an overly busy year at home as we have been renovating and running my buisness but we are having a few months off from renovations now as it has took its toll on us a little 😅 so I promise to post more pictures of your beautiful fur babies in the new year 🥰

What a lovely Festive break we have had 🥰🎅🏼 it’s also been my daughters birthday today so we have had a busy few days, my aim is to start to get back to some of your messages tomorrow I do have quite a few so if I don’t finish tomorrow I will finish over the next few days into the new year. And that’s a wrap! Wow, how have we come to the end of another year! A super busy year again, can’t thank you all enough for keeping me busy and supporting my little business im always so grateful 🤍🌟

I haven’t forgotten about all your messages to book your next appointments, I’ve been so busy this week and haven’t had chance to book in your January appointments but I will do this over the Christmas break. The next couple of days are family time ❤️ here’s a cute picture of our fur babies 🥺🎅🏼 ‘ Flower, Loki, Pepper and Pearl’ had to also add April in this year too how cute is she in her hat? 🎅🏼😍

We are now well into the Festive season now! We are super busy getting your fur babies looking and smelling fresh all ready for Santa 🎅🏼

We are asking for you to please :-

- Be on time for your appointment, failure to do so may mean we won’t be able to groom your pooch as we are on a tight time scale and only have the time allocated for your appointment. This will also mean you have to still pay for the missed groom as we have other dogs that could have had this appointment.
- please collect your pooches within 30 mins of them being finished as we only have limited space, I also groom dogs that may not like other dogs and over lapping there groom isn’t fair.
- please make sure payment is made before you collect your pooches not after if you are paying bank transfer, I really don’t have the time to be chasing up payments. Failure to do so will mean I won’t accept bank transfers and payment will need to made on collection.
- please can you make sure your pooches have gone to the toilet before their groom.
- please can your pooches come in with just their leads/collar or harness. Jumpers coats etc just get very hairy in the salon.
- ALL missed appointments have to be paid in full this is my only income and I have a huge cancellation list that could have had the appointment. So please be considerate of this. I always try my best to call people to fill the space but this isn’t always possible due to the time frame I have without me going into the next appointment that day and results in finishing a lot later, I also have children to collect and festive plans 🎅🏼🎄
- I need atleast 24hours notice if you need to cancel, this gives me time to fill the appointment, rather than trying to fill the space whilst I am grooming a dog on the same day. Failure to do so means I will have to charge for the appointment.
- If your pooch is a barker we always try and message 30 mins before so they can go home as soon as they are finished, this helps me be respectful to my neighbors and saves your pooch and others any unnecessary upset 🥰

If we can always be mindful of these points not just at Christmas but always, I would be extremely grateful 🥰

Thank you for everyone’s patience, renovating a house, running a buisness, Christmas and everthing else in between has been hard 😅 so I appreciate each and everyone of you for all your advice and letting me have a moan 🤣 the past 10 days we have been trying to get our kitchen/front room finished for Christmas which has meant I’ve been behind on admin 🫠
