Everyone meet Nora the 13week old Cockapoo ❤️
She had her first puppy intro today to get her used to the tools/dryers we use in the salon.
As you can imagine it can be scary for them being in a strange place and using all the different tools on them. Also at this age they are very small and don’t keep still so my heart is in my mouth at times, 😆😫 hence why we have to take it slowly.

This will be the final week of working before most of us finish for the festive season.🎄
I’m busy all week including Friday & Saturdayand Sunday so if you cannot make your appointment pls could you give me at least 24 hours notice which will enable me to fill your slot due to me having a waiting list.
I had a no show last week which is not acceptable when I could have filled that appointment and something I don’t normally talk about due to not having many but people have got to understand that no shows kill small businesses.
Going forward in to 2025 I will be opening up 1 Saturday every 5 weeks due to a few enquires lately but there will be an extra premium of £5 on top of a normal groom for the privilege so if you are interested pls message.
Also pls remember to pay bank transfer on the day.

For Shame’s sake I had to give my dog Mimi a wash/ condition and a bit of a tidy up.
Groomers dogs are always the last to be groomed 🫣 she does normally have her face and feet shaved but she’s not actually keen on her feet being shaved so I’ve decided to grow both.
For my customers that visit this is the Yappy 1 that you always hear but on the picture she looks like butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth🤣

Someone at a garden centre last week accidentally dropped a snow globe. I was in like a shot, feeling like a bit of a pain in the bum, but said “please wash that down, dogs coming in here will enjoy licking that and it’s toxic”. Just wanted to raise awareness! Be careful, these contain anti-freeze 😬

It’s that time a year when we all have food lying around so always be aware of what foods are safe for your dogs. 🎄

We're craving our Christmas dinner already, but which foods can you share with your dog? 🍗
Turns out, quite a lot! Do you treat your dog at Christmas? If so, just be confident that you're giving them safe snacks.

You can share ✅
Plain turkey and sausages, veggies like carrots, peas, parsnips and sweet potatoes.

Be sure to avoid ❌
Sweet treats with dried fruits like raisins such as Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies and Stollen. Steer clear of onions, blue cheese and stuffing - and of course, chocolate!
