Hi Everyone

Just to make you all aware I am fully booked for August and nearly fully booked for September, I’ve only got 6 appointments left!

The salon is then closed from 2nd October until 14th October.

I’m encouraging everyone to book 2 appointments in advance to avoid any disappointment as I currently have a 6 week wait for appointments. Please bare this in mind when booking.

☀️Payment & Cancellation Policy Reminder☀️

Please bring cash to pay for your dogs groom- cash is preferable

If your unable to pay by cash bank transfer is accepted so long as you transfer BEFORE YOU COLLECT your dog - i should not have to spend my evenings or next day chasing for payment.
I’m really going to start cracking down on this !

Cancellation Policy (which everyone has signed and agreed to on my new booking system when registering)

-Less than 24hrs notice 50% of the groom
will need to be paid before another appointment is made ( i’m very fair with this if i can fill your slot with another client I won’t charge)

-no shows or missed appointments FULL price will be charged (and payment will need to be made before another appointment is re-booked )

I was questioning my life choices this morning when I was up at 6am and picking Belle up at 6.30 to get prepped and ready to head to Supergroom 😂🙈 BUT my hard work has paid off and I placed 2nd in crossbreed workshop and I could not be more thrilled !
