I have been fighting against DCMT for years. Signing petitions, calling and emailing MPs and embassies. But in November 2018 I learned about the Hangzhou incident that has shocked me so much that I decided that all dogs got to get out off China kind of right now.
Although, it isn’t in my power to save all dogs getting tortured on daily basis (and all animals in China really) but I will give it a go. Even if we manage to save a few it will bring me so much joy that I can’t describe.
So please follow my page for updates and don’t think that all Chinese people are bad. Lots of good Chinese fighting to end this horrific trade and it is really hard for them. Without any animal welfare laws they are risking their own lives in some cases. And they see in real life (not just from pictures and videos like us, foreigners) all the horrors I could probably not bear.
I’ve also set up an Auction group under the same name to raise funds for dog and cat rescues in China and for sterilisation programs to start with. Also, I would like to try and get some of these misfortuned dogs adopted abroad.
