A new addition to our market garden… this unusual beauty is a mushroom plant. The thick leaves taste just like raw mushroom. As soon as they grow a little bigger we’ll start dropping samples to our customers and make available to order. Thanks to Shaun and Abi for supplying and Andy for growing this amazing plant!

The wasps are out in force around the new market garden at the moment. Although they’re unpopular, wasps are an integral part of a natural ecosystem… helping to keep nasties like green fly under control.

Our bloomin' lovely tendril pea shoots... a super popular variety that work brilliantly as a garnish, or as part of a salad. These guys are around a week old, but they will be harvested around day 12/13.

Coriander split seeds... these beauties are one of the few seeds we use that smell amazingly pungent before they're even planted. They are germinated for around 7 days with weight and take around 20 days to reach maturity. Bit of a marmite scenario, but we love them and so do 'most' of our customers. Coriander... love it or hate it or indifferent? Post in comments!
