😘 Be Kind To Yourself🐎 😘 💙 We spend so long looking after the horses in our care, making sure that they have the best of everything, but we are not all very good at looking after ourselves.
As a horse owner – you probably already have an advantage over many people, as you spend more time outdoors, being in the open air, 🐎 doing exercises with your horse, in the countryside💚 working with animals you love. These are all things that are proven to maintain and enhance wellbeing – but what other small things could we do to be kind to ourselves?
➡️ Start your day with a delicious cup of hot tea or coffee – it always tastes better in your favourite mug right?😎
👉 Hang out with your horse, take some time to groom your best friend & catch up on cuddles💚
➡️ Go for a walk, try some breathing exercises in the fresh air and perhaps listen to your favourite music – great energy booster.
💪 Spend time with people with positive energy, who make you feel good. It is always good to minimise negativity around you every day.
👍 Treat yourself to some lovely-smelling bath/shower products that fill you up with joy and make you feel happy.
➡️ Look after your sleep, get comfy PJs, and super cosy bedding for a good night of sleep & ensure you eat healthy nutritious food - the better you eat - the better you feel.
👉 Go on, and Do something you want to do for yourself, without feeling guilty.
➡️ Most importantly, Remember to SMILE & LAUGH more💙
