Arlo update: Sunday 13th August

The team are continuing with their work on the ground covering a forever widening area.
* We are becoming more concerned with regard to Arlo's whereabouts and safety.
* The last definite sighting of Arlo was on Wednesday, 2nd August when he was spooked and chased, whereupon he disappeared running across fields.
* To those farmers in the area can we ask if Arlo was sighted worrying livestock. We are aware some were angry and concerned about their livestock. Have you had to intervene and shoot him? If that is the case please contact us and let us know in the strictest confidence. Arlo's family are desperate for news and want their boy home, dead or alive. They need closure.
* Alternatively, has Arlo possibly been picked up? Kept, moved or sold on? If anyone has any information, again in the strictest confidence please let us know.
*If you have Arlo do the right thing and return him to his heartbroken family, even take him to a vet and say you found him.
*Have your neighbours got a new dog in the last few weeks that looks like Arlo

Arlo could simply of moved further afield so our search is widening and won't stop till we locate Arlo or get answers to what has happened. A dog clearly being sighted for 19 days solid can't just vanish without trace. If you believe you know anything or might of seen Arlo or a dog similar please make that call 07947866582 or message the admin on his page.

Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to find Arlo. Your support is greatly appreciated. All the phone calls and messages we receive are followed up. Please continue to contact us with any information or potential sightings.

Just a dog. 🥰

From time to time people tell me “chill out, it’s just a dog” or “it’s a lot of money just for a dog.” They don't understand the distance traveled, the time invested or the costs incurred by "just a dog". Some of my proudest moments have occurred with “just a dog.”
Many hours have passed being my only company "just a dog", but not for one moment did I feel despised. Some of my saddest moments have been because of “just a dog,” and on those gray days, the gentle touch of “just a Dog” gave me comfort and the reason to get through the day.

If you also think “it’s just a dog”, then you’ll probably understand phrases like “just a friend”, “just a sunrise” or “just a promise.” “Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust and pure unbridled joy. “Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that make me a better person.

For "just a dog" I will get up early, take long walks and look forward to the future. So for me and people like me, it’s not “just a dog,” but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the memories of the past, and the absolute joy of the moment. “Just a dog” brings out the good in me and takes my thoughts away from myself and daily worries.

I hope one day they can understand that it’s not “just a dog”, but the one that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a human.” So the next time you hear the phrase “just a dog”, just smile because they “just don’t get it”.

One of my favourite breeds to groom.
Beautiful Lola is hand stripped, she has the perfect coat for stripping, and usually stands for first 40 mins, then lays down for the remainder. She is totally comfortable and happy to stripped 🥰🐾🐾

I met gorgeous Winston the Cockerpoo two weeks ago, when he came for a meet and great….. lots of treats and play.
Today he came and had his first introduction to grooming, he had a warm bath and gentle dry, followed by a trim of his feet and around his eyes.
He certainly was a little star 🌟
Can’t wait to see him again 🥰🐶🐾🐾
