As some of you will be aware the field is getting rather wet and muddy due to the recent weather, the weather isn't great for the next few days either so conditions under foot are only likely to get worse. The field is still open and all are welcome to come, all I ask is that you dress appropriately (bring wellies for definite, waders aren't necessary yet🤣) and be prepared to have to clean your dog before it gets back in the car.

Good Evening Folks.

As some of you will be aware we were having issues with paypal not accepting payments today 🤬

I'm pleased to say that all the issues have now been resolved and normal service has been resumed 🤞

Thank-you for everyone's patience today, it's been a trying one, but hopefully tomorrow will go more smoothly.

As most of you may be aware the water supply is currently off in the YO32 area, hence the dog field is without water at the moment. If you're visiting the field today please bare this in mind and bring your own water.

Good Evening Folks 😁

I'd just like to raise awareness to the fact that some of the dogs that use the field suffer from food intolerances/allergies. I'd therefore like to ask anyone who brings either dog treats or human food to the field to please ensure that no food is left on the ground/in the field after your visit, this will help safeguard the wellness of those dogs with food allergies.

I've had a few people mention that the "book now" button has disappeared from the NLCP page, hence people aren't able to book the field. This problem is not affecting everyone as bookings are still coming in but if you find yourself in this predicament please copy/click on the link below, and this should take you to the booking page.

Any problems please let me know and I'll do my best to sort them out, please bare in mind that technology is not my strong point and extreme patience will be required 🤣

Polite Reminder.
If you arrive early for your alloted time and the field is occupied please can I ask that you and your dogs stay in your car until the previous booking have loaded up their dogs and vacated. As we all know, some dogs can become very reactive around other dogs thus making them difficult for their owners to handle.

This post is purely to raise awareness of reactive dogs and to help things run smoothly, so that everyone gets to enjoy their time here.

Morning folks! 😁

I've had a few reports that people are struggling to book the field in that when you click the "Book Now" button nothing happens. This is some kind of technological problem that goes way over my head but I have managed to work out that the problem seems to be related to trying to book using your phone. If you use a PC/Laptop everything seems to work normally so if you want to book the field please use a computer.

If anyone has been experiencing problems please let me know.

UPDATE!

This problem seems to relate to the browser bieng used. If you click the "book now" button and the screen goes blank, click the 3 dots on the top r/h of the screen and select "open in chrome". This should take you to the booking system, fingers crossed. Many thanks to the people that have contacted me and helped out. 😁

My new evening routine is almost complete, empty, clean, refill and repeat. All ready for tomorrow's visitors. Message to all dogs: Weeing in the pool is not permitted 😁😂

Roses are red, violets are blue, the paddling pool is here so why aren't you? 😂 🙄 🤦‍♂️

As the weather is looking warm/hot for the forseable future we've added a paddling pool to the field help keep your dogs cool and refreshed.

Please do not allow any children in the pool, this is for our four legged friends only.😊

Morning folks. Just a heads up on the state of the field after the rain yesterday. It is WET WET WET! If you enjoy a wet and muddy experience, you'll be In heaven, If you don't, then it's probably best not to book.

The field is open but you have been warned! 🤣

Evening all😄. Well... the great British weather has excelled itself this evening☔🙄. Just letting you know that the dog field is extremely wet at the moment, it is still usable and you are all welcome to book but... Please bring your wellies and bare in mind that your dog(s) will be in need of a 🛁 or a🚿 when they leave🙈 On the plus side, I'm sure they'll have a blast splashing through the puddles 😄

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who uses the dog field at NLCP, your custom is very much appreciated. BUT, in order to keep everything running smoothly can I remind everyone that you should have loaded your dogs up and vacated the field and carpark within your allotted time slot. Failure to do this obviously impacts on the following customers who have also paid, and deserve to have their allotted time in the field without having to wait for the previous people to vacate.
