‼️polite notice‼️
Its the lead up to christmas, and we have extra dogs booked in. I send message reminders out the day before your appointment, so please just reply with a thumbs up or an "ok"...just so I know you're coming.
If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP as I have a waiting list of dogs wanting appointments before Xmas.
And lastly.... please be on time or even early for your appointment. We are very busy and don't have any wriggle room for people arriving late. If you are more than 10 mins late I might not be able to groom your dog, and you're looking at mid feb now for another appointment as I'm away end of Jan.
Please set off a bit earlier to allow for traffic etc ...

‼️ THERE seems to be a nasty vomiting/ dihaorreah bug going around dogs at the moment. Should go without saying....but if your dog has either vomiting or dihaorreah please re schedule your appointment. We don't want any poorly dogs in the salon or risk spreading the bug around‼️
