I’m back after a few days away in Iceland! ❄️ ready for the Christmas madness now 🎄

It is non-stop for me until Christmas week now so PLEASE be on time for you appointments, both drop off and collection. I don’t have time to be behind schedule and I have a lot of reactive dogs come to me who can’t be around other dogs so can’t be having crossovers. If you cannot make your appointment please tell me with at least 48 hours notice! This gives me time to potentially be able to swap it. Any cancellations later than this will be charged FULL PRICE.

I know you’re all usually great but just a reminder because I am chocker so no room to manoeuvre people around 😬

I’m very open with you all that I sob every time I lose one of my lovely customers, but this was the first time I’ve done a goodbye groom 🌈

I feel extremely honoured that Mouse’s mum and dad wanted him looking and feeling his best and I’m forever grateful I got to say a proper goodbye to this angel, with lots of cheese 🧀 and cuddles 🫶🏼 but it was absolutely the hardest groom I’ve had to do, with lots of tears… poor Mouse probably thought “wtf is wrong with her today” 😂

Thank you for being the goodest boy Mouse 🐭

Every single one of your four legged friends becomes a part of my heart and I truly mean that ❤️
