We want to address an unfortunate situation regarding our recent charity competition to win some ProFleece offcuts. Regrettably, the original competition post was hacked, and someone was replying to nominations with a suspicious link. For your safety, we decided to take the post down immediately.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or confusion caused. We have drawn the winners early to ensure the competition is concluded fairly and without further issues.

𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁! 🐾🎄
Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, but some festive treats can cause more harm than joy when it comes to our furry friends. Here’s a quick guide to keep your pets safe this holiday season:

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀: ✅
1. Turkey (plain, no bones or skin): Safe for dogs and cats if plain and fully cooked. Avoid seasoning, skin, and bones.
2. Carrots, Broccoli & Green Beans: These are safe for both cats and dogs. Ensure broccoli is given in small amounts as it can cause gas.
3. Sweet Potatoes: Safe when cooked plain, with no added sugars, butter, or spices. A good option for both cats and dogs.
4. Sprouts: Brussels sprouts are safe for pets in moderation, but large amounts may cause gas. Cats may not be interested, but they are safe.

𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱: 🚫
1. Chocolate: Highly toxic to dogs and cats due to theobromine and caffeine.
2. Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies, & Fruit Cake: Dangerous due to raisins, currants, and alcohol.
3. Stuffing, Gravy, & Onions: Onions and garlic are toxic to both cats and dogs, even in small quantities. Gravy can also be too salty.
4. Bones: Cooked bones are unsafe for dogs and cats as they can splinter, causing choking or internal injury.
5. Grapes, Sultanas, and Raisins: Extremely toxic to dogs and harmful to cats, potentially leading to kidney failure.
6. Nuts: Macadamia nuts are especially toxic to dogs. Other nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans, and pistachios can cause stomach upset or pancreatitis in both dogs and cats.
7. Peanut Butter: Generally safe for dogs if it doesn’t contain xylitol, but it’s best avoided for cats due to potential stomach upset.
