🚘 Arrival & Collection 🛣️

Travel 🚙

Please bring your pet in a suitable plastic carrier case lined with a non-slip surface, such as a towel, blanket, newspaper, or hay, to prevent injury during travel.

Outdoor Drop off 🌳

Please ring the doorbell and proceed to the back gate if you're boarding a pet outdoors or have an outdoor viewing. You have the option to accompany your pet(s) into the garden for a farewell or leave them at the gate with us for a quick drop-off :)

Indoor Drop off 🚪

If your pet is boarding indoors you are welcome to accompany your pet into the pet boarding room to bid them farewell, or you can opt to drop them off at the front door. Just let us know your preference upon arrival.

Pick up 🚗

Your pet(s) and their belongings will be ready for you at the gate (outdoor boarding) or front door (indoor boarding) a swift pickup :)

🧳 Your Pet’s Belongings 🥗

Please ensure to bring your rabbit or guinea pigs own food, such as pellets. We supply food/water bowls , water bottles, bedding, hay and fresh food. However, your welcome to bring your pet's own food bowl, water bottle/bowl, toys, treats, bedding, and hay if desired. If you bring anything extra for your pet (such as toys, bowls, bottles, etc.), please double-check that all their belongings have been packed before you leave. 🙂

For other pets such as hamsters, reptiles, gerbils, rats, mice, and birds, please bring along their own cage/tank/gerbilarium and any necessary facilities they typically require at home, including bedding, toys, bowls, bottles, and treats.

💳 Deposits/Payment 💷

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure bookings, some bookings may be exempt depending on the total cost or the short time frame from booking to boarding.
Full payment should be received on or before drop off (if you would like to make payment electronically, we advise sending this before arrival as the signal is poor in our area so you may be unable to make your payment on drop off).

Once you have received a quote, please ensure that your deposit has been paid within 7 days to confirm your booking and reserve a space for your pet. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Square Online, or Cash. Please be aware that if you have not paid the deposit within 7 days of booking, a space will not be reserved for your pet.
