This gorgeous boy is due in with us really soon, just hope the snow and ice disappear soon!
Meet Woody! 16hh 13yr old dapple grey ISH x Connemara gelding. Woody has been in the same home for nearly 10yrs. Due to his mummy’s circumstances, it’s time for Woody to be amazing for someone else.
Woody came direct from his breeder in Ireland 🇮🇪 and he was broken as a 4yr old and brought on carefully and sympathetically and never rushed. Woody has been a fabulous allrounder, competing unaffiliated show jumping, dressage and ODE’s. He is good to hack alone and in company, has done farm rides, beach rides, clinics etc.
Woody is a laid back chap, good to do in all ways. More details will follow but isn’t he lush 🥰

Not the Christmas Eve I expected 💔

My very very special Daisy….

Today the sadness in your eyes hurt my heart so so much. Today was the day that your body was tired of fighting battles that couldn’t be won.
Today is Christmas Eve when all should be merry and bright but today was the day that you needed to gain your wings and fly with the angels over Rainbow Bridge 😢
Daisy, you were a true warrior and the love and respect I had for you was just immense. I have tried so so hard for you, being your voice when you needed to be heard and I will always be grateful for that mutual love with had for each other and for always being this beautiful light in my life and heart and i genuinely hope that the light will always keep shining in your gorgeous little girl Molly.
Daisy you literally had all of my heart and today,
the last act of love and kindness I could give you despite my own heart breaking, was to let you have eternal life free from pain and suffering and to gallop free 💔💔
Thank you so much to Alex, Jonny Anderson and Gemma at Rainbow Equine Hospital for always trying so hard for Daisy (and me!) and for always listening and for today when i knew what was the right thing to do and making the whole heartbreaking process that little bit easier. 2024, you have been a cruel year and you have really broken me…. 😢💔
RIP my beautiful Daisy, I love you with all my heart and will always miss that beautiful face but am truly grateful that you will live on in our beautiful baby girl Molly 💔💔

I am currently really finding times really hard. This year has been an utter nightmare, so much loss, so many personal changes with myself, my family and just life in general and I’ve hit the point of actually feeling at rock bottom and the enormity of the loss we have had this year isn’t helping matters 😔
I’ve had one of the worst years known with not only personal matters but financially I am struggling to see a way forward and because of this and the rising costs of everything and my astronomical vet bills, I have to be realistic. There has been a lot of soul searching done for me and in order for me to provide a service that I so love to do, meeting new horses, meeting and seeing friends old and new, the realism of where I need to be sometimes forces the hand and having to make these choices hurt like hell.
The services I provide are made easier in some respects because they are not my own personal horses and although I strive to find the very best of homes but when it comes to my own personal horses, I really struggle to part with them 😢
Fairy godmother definitely needed….

Buttons - 14.2hh 2yrs rising 3yrs skewbald gelding by Acado, horse of the year show 2024 sire of the year. Buttons has the potential to make a top class one for the show ring, hoys/RI standard. He is to make approximately 15hh. He is beautifully marked and is a fabulous moving pony. He has plenty of depth, substance and elegance. Homebred.

Bungle - 13.2hh rising 5yr old piebald cob gelding. Full details are included on this page below this post.

Autumn - Full up 14.2hh 12yr old registered part bred Arab mare. Has been here nearly 5yrs. She has the most awesome temperament, very easy to have around. Lovely mover and sensible to ride. She has bred me 2 beautiful foals and is the best mother ever! I just absolutely adore this mare and this one particularly really hurts 😢

3.5 tonne 64 plate Citroen relay. Stallion partitions. Owned from built. Very reliable. Approximately 88k miles on the clock. 1100 approx payload. Needs valeting but will be done before sale completed. Fantastic little lorry and easy drive. Never let me down - £23500 ono

Today was another devastating blow when we had to say goodbye to the wonderful Harry 😢 Things have certainly been very trying and so very heartbreaking 💔 Sometimes you question why we do this….. 😭

This really pains me as I just adore this boy but he is so wasted and currently not doing anything! I’ve already changed my mind twice but I know it’s the right thing to do for him 😢
Meet Bungle! 13.2hh 4yr old rising 5yr old piebald traditional cob gelding. Bungle absolutely oozes personality and character and the nicest and easiest boy to have around! He is professionally broken but has been redundant now for a few months but I know he’ll be easy to re start as he’s such a genuine dude!
He is a lovely mover, has oceans of feather and sure to excel in the show ring but equally as someone’s best friend. He is currently very fat and very hairy! Infact, as wide as he is tall! Please be mindful as this isn’t an easy decision but I have to put Bungle’s best interests at heart ❤️

LITTLE MAN HAS GOT HIS HAPPY EVER AFTER THAT HE SO DESERVES ❤️❤️

🎅🏻🎄🙏🏼 Christmas miracle wanted 🙏🏼🎄🎅🏻

There is nothing I want more than seeing our little Custard Cream happy and warm and loved with a new family for Christmas. Custard is approximately 11.2hh/12hh 10yr old palomino gelding but his story of recent hasn’t been so good. He came to us a few weeks ago extremely poor and in quite the sorry state but he is improving all the time.
When you see videos of him (will provide them) from summer time, it’s so disheartening to see that such a beautiful pony be allowed to get in his state. He is the kindest most sweetest nature and lovely to have around. He always does that little lip twitching thing when you go talk to him, he’s just such a poppet and love his little personality!
He’s still got a bit of a way to go to get up to full weight but he’s getting there and it won’t be long before he’s looking how he should be.
I nearly turned him away when the transporter dropped the ramp but I couldn’t see him ending up in the wrong hands. The person that owns him is gutted he’s in this state but they let him go out on trial/loan as they were meant to be purchasing him but sadly not the case 😔
He really is a cracking pony and so deserving of a chance so he’s currently writing his Santa 🎅🏻 Christmas wish list as he really needs and wants his own little family to love and adore him 💙

This is genuinely so hard to put into words, it’s hard to write something about my Raffy, my 36yr old little legend that has meant so so much to me but also captured the hearts of those special people around me…..
Raffles, where do I start after decades of loving you? What are the right words to use about you? You were so very very incredibly special and filled such a huge part of my heart and my life. I will be eternally grateful to you for everything you have done and have given to me and others. You have had such awful hardships but every time you battled and fought hard but today your body was tired and today you said ‘it’s time mum’ and although I didn’t want to hear you, I listened and I knew it was time for you to be set free and when your heart stopped beating, you took with you a part of my heart and that of others who loved you so dearly.
As that Rainbow came over head, I know you didn’t leave alone and your bestie Ollie was there waiting for you to take you on your journey over the rainbow to eternal life, peace and happiness.
Raffles, I will always remember you for so many things, you were always the safe one, the grumpy Raffy Snappers, the one that absolutely ran rings around every single one of us and had us in stitches when you showed one of us up but I am mainly thankful for you being you and being the one who’s loyalty to your human family shone so bright.
A massive thank you to Alex from Rainbow Equine Hospital for your kindness, sincerity, empathy and compassion. You genuinely are one of the kindest most genuine vets ever but that as a person too and for someone who I have huge amounts of appreciation, respect and gratitude for.
Raffles, my little horsey bestie, thank you so much for always being true to yourself and for always being the ultimate best pony ever. I love you Raffles, kick up those heels, run free through those lush green meadows and remember you have and will always be so very very loved 💔😢💔

🔺 🐎 YARD STAFF WANTED 🐎 🔺

WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND GOOD STAFF?

The time came where we have said goodbye to some of the fabulous part time staff that joined us mid summer but sadly only on a temporary basis as college/uni/apprenticeships will be starting. These girls have had a high work ethic and have been amazing both in the workplace but also in personality, don’t mind getting stuck in and will have a go at everything so now looking for those next people that can follow suit!
I apologise to all of those that applied last time and didn’t potentially hear back or felt disappointed however, my personal family circumstances played heed to a lot of factors and it has been tough.
The position(s) is for yard work, handling horses of all shapes and sizes, RELIABILITY A MUST, but most importantly, being a team member and up for a laugh too and happy working in all weathers and not feeling the need to be constantly on Facebook, instagram, TikTok etc or giving every excuse on the planet for not being able to come in!
I am happy to be flexible with hours/days etc but this is morning work only and will also to include one weekend morning for a few hours. I’ve two words for this pony “THE BEST!”
Everyone meet Gary, 12.2hh 14yr old registered Welsh Section B gelding by DDEUNANT SPOTLIGHT. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough about Gary. I’ve had the absolute honour of knowing him for quite sometime now and there is nothing i don’t love about this fabulous boy. Gary is genuinely a been there seen it type of pony and he is just so honest and genuine. He is so versatile and always does everything with a smile on his face. He’s so easy and kind and never says no. Someone is honestly going to be very very lucky. BIG love for Gary 🩵🩵

Who doesn’t love a cob but here’s one with class, beauty, lovely movement, very sensible, super temperament and full of quality! 🥰😍

Meet our girl Callie, fabulous 14.2hh 6yr old registered Irish sports pony mare by Cappa Emperor, Dam Connemara pony by Rathcoona Cove, breed lines also to include Moy Hazy Cove.
Callie is a super versatile pony, combining athleticism and versatility. Callie is extremely kind and genuine and calm and easy going. Callie has done various things and proved to be bold on the hunting field. Callie has an outstanding future ahead of her and sure to excel in any chosen sphere 🩷

14hh (chunky 13.2hh considered) to 15.2hh (absolute max) mare or gelding. It doesn’t matter what breed, what they look like, older in age, whether prone to laminitis, need the odd joint injecting, or any other manageable ailment.
Must not rear, nap etc or bite or kick.

Praying for all of the animals and humans alike who are facing the wrath and heartbreak of Hurricane Milton. Seeing all those horses and cattle etc with numbers painted on them and tags in their manes is just heartbreaking. Stay safe precious ones, the world is right behind you all and willing for your safety 💔 🙏🏼💔🙏🏼
