We spend a lot of time taking photos to send to Mammys and Daddys while their fur babies are here on holiday with us, but not all the pictures we take are cover page material as our handsome Max is demonstrating so well. Even when the weather is nice we have plenty of outtakes and when the weather is miserable it is even harder. So we thought that to cheer us up from this relentless rain perhaps you could share your funny photos with us for a change?

We would like to thank Alan from TestPro Electrical Ltd for the fantastic job he has done in helping to keep all our lovely guests safe through installing wired smoke alarms throughout the kennels and cattery. He has also carried out a full electrical safety inspection, which we’re pleased to say we passed.
If anyone is looking for an electrician we cannot recommend Alan highly enough. He is very professional, reliable and transparent with his pricing. Thank you Alan for another job very well done 👍🏻

Thank you so much from all of us here at Meadow Vale, we truly appreciate each and everyone of our lovely customers and feel truly blessed to be entrusted with all your gorgeous fur babies.

Our furry friends bring us so much joy, but keeping a pet is not practical for everyone. With this in mind we haven’t sent any Christmas cards this year, but are working on a music based community project that will support the people of Ystalyfera and surrounding areas who would appreciate a friendly group to meet up with regularly. More news on this to come in the New Year!

In the meantime we hope everyone has a good Christmas and we will look forward to seeing you soon 🐾🎄🐾

Whilst muddy paws are a sign that our guests have had a good time, muddy paws = muddy walls, especially after the weather we’ve had this year! So, we’re really busy decorating and even though it might be cold and wet outside, it’s lovely, bright and toasty inside our newly decorated beach hut themed kennels. 🐾☀️🏝️🏖️☀️🐾

A massive thank you to Ryan and the guys at RAG Roofing in Ystradgynlais for an amazing job today. This is our beautiful new kennel roof, which will help to make sure that all our canine guests will be kept cool and dry this summer and warm and dry in the winter. Diolch yn fawr iawn! 🐾😊🐾

Always good to have a reminder on how to keep our furry friends safe during the warmer weather, especially if yours our like ours and like to cook themselves in the sun! Another top tip is to tie a poo bag with a few ice cubes in to the back of a pedestal fan ... yes really, it works really well and is just like having air conditioning, as our guests can verify! 😎😎😎

Always good to remind ourselves that our furry friends need some help to keep safe in the warmer weather, especially if your pooch is as daft as one of ours and likes to cook themselves in the sun!!! Another fab tip is to pop some ice cubes into a poo bag and attach this to the back of a fan. It really does work and is honestly like having air conditioning, as our guests last summer can confirm 😎😎😎
