I still absolutely love Baileys Collar! It makes me giggle everytime I put it on him 😆

We do this is a very careful way to ensure that it doesn't effect the material in anyway but still looks perfect ❤️

Two beautiful handsfree leads off out today 😍

These are matching in colour but the opposite of each other! I love seeing the colour combos people choose!

We have stock heading down to Trim Dog Pet Centre hopefully today as well as a big order of reflective colours coming in this week ready for these dull days and darker evenings!

We are also starting to put together our 'Christmas Deals' but would love to hear what you guys would like to see!

There are also lots of things in the making ready for our next stall at the Paws For Support Pet Dog Show on the 29th September! ❤️

So its been a while since I have done a post of who we are, how we started and what we do so I thought would do a post for all our new followers that have joined us in the last month!

So hi, im Hanna, i'm 29 and the owner of BaileyMade as well as Out n' About Dog Walkers and Out n' About Photography! Yes I know I do alot! (Thats undiagnosed ADHD for you 😆) I am also an Assistant Trainer at the Island Dog Club helping with puppy classes and agility!

I opened my first business, Out n' About Dog Walkers back in February 2021 and it will forver be the best thing I did! I absolutely love spending my days with the dogs and couldn't think of any job that beats it!

Back then I had no idea about BioThane and how absolutely amazing it is! I used to think soggy leads on a wet day was the norm!

In February 2023 Bailey, our now 2 year old Border Collie came into our lives! He was an 11 month old monster who needed to be shown what life was about! He is still a little monster, just a better behaved one now! He is the first dog I have owned that has enjoyed sea swimming and just getting filthy and I very quickly realised I hate soggy collars!

Unfortunately in July 2023 my other half Dan, who is one of my biggest supports along with my mum, fell seriously unwell leaving him disabled.One day he woke up and was unable to walk or talk. Hes lost sight in one eye and was having over twenty seizures a day! Due to this I had to take a step back from walking, cutting down my walks to be at home to look after him and attend all his medical appointments.

We stuggled for a year on a minimal income and I wanted to find a way to still be able to be around to look after him while still being able to work! My main aim is to get money saved to put towards other treatments/tests to help Dan get his life back. It breaks my heart seeing him unable to do everything he used to love 💔

This is when BaileyMade was born!

I wanted to bring beautiful but affordable dog accessories to the market in Guernsey. Dog accessories that everyone can afford and everyone can enjoy! I have also now got a few equine products available too! I have been around horses and riding since I was four so making Equestrian products was always going to happen!

I wanted to ensure that we had something for everyone including reactive dogs. Before Bailey came along I had my beautiful rescue, Lucy. Lucy was very reactive and unfortunately that was due to her being so unwel that I sadly lost her just before her 2nd birthday. She was my heart dog and not a day goes by where I don't think about her. I see some of the funny little things in Bailey and I like to think she sent him to me just when I needed him. She made me realise there was a gap in the market for dogs like her, there wasnt any nice leads and collars available! Our Awareness Range was made in memory of her! Every dog deserves to have nice things ❤️

So I can't keep this quiet until its done as I'm just sooo excited about it!!

We are soon going to be releasing muzzles! These are still in the making but are being tested as we speak! 🙈

I am a big believer that all dogs should be muzzle trained as you just never know when you might need one!

I'll be posting more on these as time goes on but I'm hoping it won't be long until these are ready to be released 🙈

These will be available in all our colour options with add ons available too! 😀

We have some new ranges being released soon!

First one being our Luxury Range! This is where it gets even harder to design your perfect products as there is now even more options!
Some of the designs are absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to for these to turn up this week! 😍

The second range is our reflective safety range!! As much as we don't want to admit it, it is getting darker earlier! I mean it does mean to closer to Christmas tho!! 😉

The reflective BioThane is available in 19mm & 25mm. It's just the same as the other BioThane we use however it has an added Reflective Strip down the middle!

We have lots of different patterns that will be available and as soon as some is here I will show you what beautiful things can be done with it!

P.s we have some super Christmas Deals coming in due course but we won't talk to much about that at the moment 🙈

We had so much fun last Sunday at our first fete which has made us really excited about our next few outings!!

We will be at Guernsey Horse of the Year Show Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th August! We will have lots of our doggy products available as well as our equestrian products on sale for the first time! Including head collars and name plates 🐴

We will then be at Sea Front Sunday 25th August too! We will have all our products available here too! 🌞

We will also have a range of engraved products available to buy too! Lots of little things as well as some bigger stuff! Everything can be made to order so come and take a look and if you can't see what you're looking for then just ask! We can make most things 😉

We had another special custom order go out last week! Tiggy's mum fell in love with the Lead Extender she bought from us that she ordered a collar in the same style too! 😍

We were also set the challenge of making our first attachment for a harness! It took me a while to figure it out however I was chuffed with it and thankfully so were they!! 🙈

These can be made with any wording and in any size!

I've been so so excited about these and I'm so happy I can finally show everyone!!

One of my biggest icks when it comes to horses has to be soggy head collars!! The fact they get soggy so many times and end up super smelly makes it even worse! 🤢

A BioThane Head Collar solves all these problems!! BioThane is not only completely waterproof it is stinkproof too!

These are available in around 30 different colours which can be mixed matched to create any colour scheme you'd like!

We make them in the standard sizes however they can be made to measure should you have a horse that's between sizes! 🙂
