ΚΑΛΩΣ ΗΡΘΑΤΕ ΣΤΟ ΕΚΤΡΟΦΕΙO ΜΑΣ
Το εκτροφείο μας είναι επίσημα αναγνωρισμένο από τον Κυνολογικό Όμιλο Ελλάδος (ΚΟΕ) και την FCI με αριθμό καταχώρησης (55/07). Aπό την αρχή της εκτροφικής μας προσπάθειας σκοπός ήταν να αναδείξουμε το πραγματικό ταμπεραμέντο και χαρακτήρα του Cane Corso, του γνήσιου απόγονου του Ρωμαϊκού Μολοσσού. Η εκτροφή μας ξεκίνησε το 2008 και βασίζεται σε τέσσερις άξονες:
• Μο

ρφολογία
• Εργασιακό ταμπεραμέντο.
• Υγεία (Επίσημη εξέταση δυσπλασίας ισχύων και αγκώνων από διαπιστευμένα εργαστήρια και κτηνιάτρους)
• Ισορροπημένο χαρακτήρα
Βέβαια, βαρύνουσας σημασίας για εμάς και τις επιλογές μας αποτελεί το εργασιακό ταμπεραμέντο του ΚΑΝΕ ΚΟΡΣΟ και δευτερευόντως τα μορφολογικά του χαρακτηριστικά, παρ ’ότι διαθέτουμε σκυλιά άριστης μορφολογίας που έχουν κατακτήσει πολλαπλούς τίτλους σε αντίστοιχες εκθέσεις .
Η άποψη της οποίας είμαι υπέρμαχος, όλα αυτά τα χρόνια ενασχόλησής μου με την ράτσα, είναι ότι ενώ οι εκθέσεις είναι 3-4 φορές τον χρόνο, η φύλαξη και η προστασία είναι 365 ημέρες το χρόνο!
Θαυμαστές του ΚΑΝΕ ΚΟΡΣΟ που όμως ανήκουν αποκλειστικά και μόνο στην κατηγορία προβολής (εκθέσεων μορφολογίας) χωρίς να αξιολογούν πρωτίστως το ότι η εν λόγω ράτσα είναι σκυλιά εργασίας και φύλαξης, ίσως θα έπρεπε να αλλάξουν προσανατολισμό στην έρευνά τους ανεύρεσης σκύλου.
Το εκτροφείο CANE CORSO de VALOROSO, πρωτοπορώντας, έχει εντάξει στην αναπαραγωγική διαδικασία την ταυτοποίηση DNA των γεννητόρων του, σε επίσημο εργαστήριο του εξωτερικού, ώστε τα κουτάβια να έχουν τη δυνατότητα πλήρους ταυτοποίησης. Our kennel has been officially recognized by KOE (Greek Kennel Club) and FCI, having license number 55/07. Since the beginning of our breeding effort, our main goal has been to demonstrate the true character and temperament of Cane Corso, the real descendant of the Roman Molossian. Our kennel’s breeding line begun in 2008 and is based on 4 main axes:
• Morphology
• Working temperament
• Health (official test for dysplasia from accredited laboratories and vetenerians)
• Balanced character
Our priority has been given on enhancing the working temperament of Cane Corso rather than its participation in expositions. That has been a sincere choice, although we do have dogs of exceptional morphology that have repeatedly acquired titles and prizes. Throughout all the years of me being involved with that breed, I have been saying that while expos happen only 3-4 times annually, the need for guarding and protection is continuous, all year round; 365 days per year. Admirers of Cane Corso, who however belong exclusively to the first category (desire only for expo distinctions), should turn to another web site. Our kennel, CANE CORSO de VALOROSO, making the difference, has included the process of DNA identification (in cooperation with an official and respectable laboratory abroad) of our dogs that mate, so that there is always the opportunity to have traceability for all our puppies.

I’ d like to thank all the new owners, who were waiting for some time after they had made the reservation in order to get their new puppy. They’ll soon find out that it was worth it.
