Yesterday was the worlds Stray Animal day! It is very important to educate children from a very young age on loving and respecting animals and their needs !

Στις διαγνωστικες δυνατοτητες του ιατρειου μας πλεον εντασουμε και την τονομετρηση με το νεας γενιας τονομετρο TONOVET PLUS.

Μια αυξημενη ενδοφθαλμια σημαινει οτι οτι το υγρο που φυσιολογικα γεμιζει το προσθιο τμημα του ματιου δεν αποστραγγιζεται φυσιολογικα. Η αυξημενη αυτη πιεση θα μπορουσε να επηρεασει το οπτικο νευρο και να οδηγησει σε τυφλωση.

A high IOP can mean that the fluids inside the eye of your pet not drain normally and are building up, wich left untreated could result in blidness

With this new equipment we can test for glaucoma and uveitis giving more diagnostic possibilities for your pet with opthalmological disease! :)
