Urgent help required.
Some tourists have just messaged to say they have been feeding 7 (were 10, but 3 died) kittens in Acharavi, but they are leaving today and fear for their survival. Is there anyone in he area? See screen shot for exact location.

Hello friends. Apologies for the radio silence, but things are still very fragile with the family situation.
Despite that, I wanted to share with you this; this is what YOU helped to achieve. This shows the true power of collaboration and is a beautiful example of how we all share a passion for the wonderful fur babies of Corfu.
The first picture of Snow is the 'before'. She was quite literally on deaths door, having been hit by a car and suffering a massive miscarriage.
The second photo is the 'after'.
We managed to raise the funds needed to get Snow the veterinary care she needed, and with the love and round the clock care from one very special lady (you know who you are) she has made a full recovery and now lives a life of peace, love and happiness.

Hello friends; I'd like to introduce you to this gorgeous little chap, who was found literally on deaths door in Skripero a few weeks ago. He's estimated to be around 2 months old, and is sadly missing an eye (we don't know why)
The kind people who took him in and nursed him back to health desperately need to find him a home; preferably one that will keep him indoors, because they have 14 dogs and are terrified that the dogs will kill him.
Please can someone out there offer him a loving forever home?

Correction to my post yesterday; this gorgeous little chap is in fact now about 5 months old; the people who took him in have been caring for him and giving him the veterinary treatment he needed. He's due to be neutered next month; please help us find him his loving forever home 🙏 He's an absolute gentleman, and wants nothing more than cuddles and love! And he has so much to give in return 😻

Obviously well looked after with real love and affection. Dee as usual had helpful advice about looking after our little old lady and let us know how she was doing while we were away. 5* hotel for cats 😊"

A heartwarming story for a chilly Friday morning ❤
Introducing 2 of our latest residents - brothers Kassi & Opi - who thanks to Clare and Stamatis of Delfini Transport, are now safe and sound in their forever home in Hull, UK, with the wonderful Jan. Anyone who knows the North of Corfu will know where these 2 little brothers were rescued from 😀 Pretty sure they would have not have survived if they had not been rescued by Jan whilst she was on holiday here, as their mother had abandoned them. Just look at them now! They are absolutely inseparable! We wish you a long and happy life with your new forever parents Kassi & Opi! We will miss you! ❤️❤️❤️

So we made a pit stop today at Tzavros to feed the gorgeous little family that are living on the abandoned sofa. They all look to be healthy and in good condition... Except for one. He's the smallest of the litter, and we think is blind in one eye. Appealing for anyone who has room for a little one; he's so sweet, and despite the eye; gorgeous. He's the smaller, paler ginger kitten in the photos. Please pass around; praying someone out there has room 🙏❤️

Hi there, i still have the Problem that i dont know where to give this 3 llittle kitten. They are around 6 Weeks and i can not keep them as i have a dog who is hunting them! Otherwise i have to leave them again outside. I found them on the Road without theire mother during the heavy rains last week! Anybody can help please!!!

❤️Thank god for the power of Facebook! Thanks to our appeal, a lady came forward to say that she had adopted a kitten match in this description, but after returning from a couple of days in the UK, it was missing. Confirmed this afternoon that they are one and the same; we got this kitty home! Thank you to all who liked and shared❤️

These 2 little beauties were found together by some bins in Gouvia. Absolutely beautiful; a little nervous, but ultimately just want love and cuddles. They need to stay together; quite obviously siblings. The lady who rescued them is leaving the island in 10 days so we are working to a tight deadline. Remember this poor little boy; literally on deaths door. We were alerted by a caring tourist, and managed to find a wonderful (actually there were a few!) lady(s) who took him in and has been giving him the treatment, love, and care he deserves. The other kittens with him were the rest of the litter ❤️ Only kept in a huge cage at night, to be safe, but during the day they have playtime ❤️ Thank you again - you know who you are 😘

❤️Another happy ending to start the day; this is why we do what we do!!! Thrilled to say that both the little ginger boy, and the calico little girl that we were desperately appealing for for forever homes, have been adopted! Thanks to everyone involved; even if you just 'liked' the posts; it all helps towards giving these babies more exposure, and a better chance of finding their happy ever after. ‼️We've had this heartbreaking appeal for this gorgeous little girl; the rescuers leave the island in 10 days; praying someone out there will take her in and give her as much love as she is clearly ready to give? 💔

Small princess age 2 months looks desperately for a forever home ,a warm hug to crawl as she is the most loving kitty I have ever met ..Found near a garbage bin crying Gouvia area .Is now clean and have given everything for warms etc ..I offer the first vaccination too but will have to leave her alone in the garden as I leave the island in 10 days ...Iam sure you will love her like I already did but I own 2 cats and dogs not friendly and she is kept in the kitchen all day for now ...Please share and help her,the sweetest kitty in the world cries for a parent ..

Update on this baby; a lady (we don't know who!) has come to its rescue, and as far as we know, it's safe. We are desperate to know who the savior was; could you get in touch? We (and I think the Corfiot community!) would love to know how he/she is. Thank you to all who helped with this; couldn't have gotten help to him/her without your support & concern ❤️

Just had a message from a chap saying he's just seen a black kitten on top of some olive netting just outside of Kassiopi on main road behind some fencing that is in desperate help and looks to be "on his last legs" Apparently lots of food pouches and stagnant water, but the poor baby needs urgent help 🙏

Quick update; the lady with whom the kittens were dumped has decided to keep them after all, as she doesn't want to break them up.
What she DOES however need help with is capturing and sterilizing the mothers. Very timid and feral; can anyone help? 🙏

We are so thrilled to be able to give an update on Milo; the little boy we appealed for back in August. He found his forever parents, and last week make the epic journey across 1400 miles to his new forever home. He's settled in as though he's been there his whole life. Thank you to everyone who made this possible; Barbara, who reached out for help in finding him a home, Dave from MC Jackson Transport who brought him home, Cheryl from Care who arranged all the logistics, and most of all to Joy & her husband, who have given this little boy the second chance at life he deserves. A lovely review from a recent guest! We'll miss you George! ❤️

George, our much-loved and spoilt cat, recently spent a four week holiday at the Corfu Caring Cattery. I’m very pleased to report that he received no adverse ill effects – he was very content and well looked after. He now has his own back-scratcher and is more demanding than ever! We felt he was in very good hands and are so grateful to Dee for looking after him. The only problem is that he wants to return!
