So choose your own paradise , a unique home of 200 sq.m in a plot of land of 3000 sq.m. with view to East and to West for dreamy mornings and romantic evenings and to the 3 nearest bays (Agios Gordios, Kontoyalos and Glyfada). The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, (2 doubles, 1 twin) 2 en suite bathrooms & 1 family bathroom, spacious living-dinning area, separated kitchen, shaded terraces, floral garden with lawn, plenty area with lush wild vegetation, a private parking and a new modern pool. THE NEIGHBORHOOD As you climb the hills crossing from east to west, the olive groves are all around you. Descending into Agios Gordios is a joy whether by day or night. At night the lights of the village are spread out below you. By day the panoramic view is breathtaking, looking across the bay to the landmark of 'Orthοlithi' the rock guarding the cliffs. Agios Gordios is a relatively small resort with a long sandy beach, and is a real find. There is plenty to do with an assortment of Tavernas and Restaurants scattered along the narrow high street, and along the beach. In the evening the sunsets of Agios Gordios, being on the west coast are spectacular. There are several good tavernas in Agios Gordios. You will find them along the beach front as well as in the town of Agios Gordios itself. Sinarades is an ancient Greek village that has been forgotten by tourism. It clings to the mountainside, with an almost Alpine appearance. Pelekas can be found on the West coast of Corfu - just opposite Corfu (Kerkyra) town. Pelekas is a large village situated on the top of a hill. The beach is below the village - about a 10 min walk or a short car journey There are a lot to do in the neighbourhood, apart swimming, snookering and all the sea sports, for example, Horse riding, Walking day! Walk day with two mares sandy and Jane. .. enjoy your day with horses in Pelekas village, about 3 km away or an experience in Corfu Golf Club!! And for those who love extreme sports, there is another activity in the neighborhood. Paragliding!!! Ideal for 7 persons:Families with children, couples, friends. House rules / Villa Vardia Welcome to the beautiful island of Corfu and to villa Vardia in Aerostato Sinarades Centrally located, this very comfortable & luxurious property will be your home during your holiday. To help you make the most of your stay and to avoid any problems, we would like to point out a couple of necessary "rules". 1. Please do not put toilet paper down in the toilet, but use the bin provided 2. Please note that the air conditioning should be operated whilst you are in the villa. When you go out, please turn it off. 3. Whilst Corfu is quite a safe place, please do remember to secure your belongings. 4. Garbage should be placed in the bag and placed in the allocated garbage box 6. Please ensure that you are vigilant in relation to any fire hazards - e.g candles, mosquito repellent, spiral e.t.c 7. The codes for WIFI are in the note paper on the mirror 8.Kids are more than welcome as long as they don't draw on the walls and don't cause serious damages. The house has been designed to be kids friendly as we have two young kids ourselves who also love spending their holidays in this house. 9.Any damage caused during your stay should be paid before the check out.
