I have spent, again, the last of my personal budget.
There's barely anything left for food, I'm not sure what I can do more.

The cats need sand for the litter boxes.

Every day, 49kg of sand is used for the litterboxes.

This minimum is vital to prevent disease!

In the past week, some donors have helped towards dry food for the next 10 days 🥰

Who can help out for kitty litter?

One bag of sand is just under 4 Euros.
Seven bags per day are used.

I'm trying hard to split the budget for food, litterbox sand, veterinary costs, medication, construction materials for the shelter etc. but it never gets any easier.

I hope more people can help out in any way.

I post here some exemplary receipts from the last weeks.
Remember that you can request receipts or pay directly to some shops if you want to see what your support is being used for!
Just ask me 🙂

@followers ‼️ URGENT ‼️ A new drama is awaiting. In the last days of the move, over 14 kittens and cats got sick! I keep working hard and as fast as I can to provide the cats with 60sq.m of extra space and to create separate areas for the sick, but it's a race against time. Today I will bring as much sick cats to the vet as possible, or ask him to visit the colony. More budget for fencing and roofing materials is urgently needed, and budget for the vet to prevent more losses 😓 I try hard to stay positive but I really need help here. @EVERYONE KALIMERA 😃 I just had a perfect weekend with someone helping me out to get cats neutered. It was very nice to get good help, presents for the cats, and it was a succes: 10 cats were sterilised <3 Details soon! First more cat-work 💪

@followers Feeding round yesterday! 😺 I managed to do another feeding round thanks to a friend who could drive me. 😺 I saw most of the cats I usually see and some kittens who are becoming teenagers. 😺 At the church there were two younger kittens though. A totally white one with grayish tail and lovely blue eyes. I couldn't approach though. As I looked back on the cats, there was another black and white kitten. 😺 THEN... driving back from the harbour, there were suddenly three tiny kittens running over the road and one was already in the hands of some visitors. Some other tourists assured us that the kittens had been running there since two days, back and forth over the road, hungry, panicky yet quite tame and friendly. 😺 We checked in the car, on a piece of cardboard, if they ate wet food, and they did... no mother to be seen. 😺 I took them home and I will post more on them soon, in the hope they get adopted soon! <3 Please SHARE so they can have a real home. 😺 Please check out the white one I mentioned in yesterday's post, please support me to catch more of them so they can be neutered and cared for. 😺 The black & white one seemed fine, for now, but the white one is sick.
