DRAW TOMORROW 16th July AT 8.30PM!!!
Last chance for tickets!!!
Every so often we get asked to help a dog and we can’t say no…. This time we have been asked to help 2 very sad dogs …. These very small dogs are unbelievably living in a shelter with 150 large shepherds and so understandably are petrified of everything….. we can’t leave them but we have to move them all the way from the North of Greece to Zante where the job of rehabilitation to trust again will be started…. We hope eventually they will be able to be homed. The cost of their blood tests and getting them to Tracey and Alan is over 600 euros so we are asking for your help as we only have a few days to try and organise this. We are going to have a Summer Cocktail Raffle for a bottle of fabulous Personalised Gin of your choice so please please buy a ticket or two to help these tiny souls .
Tickets are £1 each for a chance to win this wonderful prize and we will draw the winning ticket in a weeks time when we hope they will be with us.
Please send money for tickets to our PayPal account

Thank you ###❤️❤️😆
Alan is off again on a ferry - any guesses why ???
Hara is in her foster home !!
Thank you to everyone who donated to get her out of Greece … she is very nervous ( which is not surprising given what she has been through ) but getting more confident every day with the help of her foster pack…. We will keep you updated ###❤️❤️
He’s home !!!! Lazarus is home !!!!
After his life saving dental operation in Athens and getting amazing aftercare from our dear friends who were actually the ones who found him all those months ago….. today he came home !!!
This little old boy has gone through so much in his life - but he looks amazing and shows no signs of pain in his mouth area …..
We are so happy he’s back with us and even after the month away he settled right back into the tribe as if he’s never left and took up his favourite sleeping place along side his best friend Stevie ….
We couldn’t have saved this old guy if it wasn’t for our friends in Athens and our many supporters including GAR - Greek Animal Rescue who’s supporters paid for his operation !
Thank you everyone ###
This is what love looks like ….
Coming home to our tribe …..
everyone you can see is a The Forgotten Paws of Greece rescue except our old boy Scratchy ….
I love how Luna at the back just very regally has a look at me !
Brave Hara is settling in so well with the tribe …. She’s now coming in and out of the house herself and really gaining confidence
….. we are so lucky to have such an amazing tribe
Hara
We have been asked to help a particularly pitiful little puppy . 6 month old puppy Hara who was unbelievably deliberately shot by her owner.
We have truly awful videos and pictures that we will not post here as they are too traumatic to show.
Mercifully she was spotted near death from blood loss and shock by an extremely kind man who immediately took her to get urgent medical help and her rear leg has been amputated. She is making great physical progress but the psychological wounds will take much longer to heal. The owner has been prosecuted and Tracey and Alan have agreed to take this beautiful little Brittany pup to continue her rehabilitation.
We will be posting updates soon and in time she will be looking for a very special home where she can be treated like the little princess she truly deserves to be. She has blood tested clear of all diseases which is great news for her ❤️❤️❤️Watch this space for more updates xx
And here he is….. Lararus on a mission smelling everything….
Storms ! And high wind today- I’m just getting ready to leave the house as I hopefully fly to UK for a week !
Then a lovely lady desperately messages me about this little one she found in the road !
She’s asked others to help but they can’t take it ! And she also leaves the island very soon !
As I’m not here it’s down to Alan as he will need to feed him every few hours during the night !
He’s got the 28 dogs and now 28 cats to feed and a lot of the dogs need medication and monitoring of course !
But true to Alan he went to look at the kitten and of course brought it back !
We know it’s a long shot as it’s so small but we have to try
Sam has arrived safe and sound !!!!
Alan picked him up this morning. Slowly slowly he was introduced to the tribe but as you can see they are really gentle with him ……
He was all waggy tail with me when I can home from work and jumped up to be hugged !
Thank you everyone who helped get him to us and help pay for the vets bill . We will do an update soon - we just want to settle him in for now ###x
The Forgotten Paws of Greece

The amazing people who fond him are going to take him into their home just for a few days …
You can see his wounds are healing and he is stronger each day
In a couple of days we will update you all x

He is from Zakynthos and was being cared for anc loved by a lot of people but the people who looked after him were worried about his future so we were asked to help …. The people who looked after him have said they will sponsor him which will help us a lot.
