Meet Marco 🐶✨

Marco is a 9-week-old boonie boy with the sweetest soul and the prettiest wavy coat we’ve ever seen. 💫

He came to GAIN with his siblings after their mama gave birth and sadly left them behind in someone’s yard. They were tiny and vulnerable, so they went straight into our foster program. Thankfully, all of his siblings have found their forever homes and now Marco is the last one waiting. 💔➡️🏡

Though he was the smallest of the litter, Marco absolutely shines on his own. He’s cute, gentle, and incredibly sweet, and has been fostered with kids and cats, doing great with both! He would make the perfect boonie addition to any family.

Not sure on his breed mix, but our best guess? A Shepherd / Chihuahua boonie mix — aka 100% adorable. 😍

✨ Marco’s adoption includes:
✔️ Neutering
✔️ Microchip
✔️ Up-to-date DAPPi vaccines
✔️ Rabies vaccine (when age-appropriate)
✔️ Deworming
✔️ Flea & tick treatment
✔️ Vet exam

Marco is ready to go home and steal your heart 💛

🐾 Introducing the SNIP & TIP Program 🐾
A new community spay & neuter effort to tackle Guam’s overpopulation crisis

Results from the 2025 Dog Population Survey showed a hard truth:
Many residents lovingly feed dogs and cats around their homes but don’t consider them “theirs.” These community animals are often cared for by multiple households, go unsterilized, and are the largest contributors to unwanted litters on island.

To reach these animals, our SNIP clinic is launching the SNIP & TIP Program 💪🐶🐱

❓How it works:
Residents can schedule and bring in community dogs and cats for a full service package at no cost to them (donations encouraged).

🤔What’s included:
✔️ Spay or Neuter surgery
✔️ Ear tip or notch (to clearly mark they’ve been sterilized)
✔️ Microchip
✔️ DAPP (dogs) or HCP (cats) vaccine
✔️ Rabies vaccine (if 12 weeks or older)

💙 No donation is required, but donations help us continue this program longer without depleting limited funding.
Suggested donation: $50–$100 (any amount is appreciated).

🚨 IMPORTANT:
We currently have LOTS of open appointments at our upcoming Sinajana clinic between January 13-20th, this is the perfect time to sign up the community dogs and cats you’re already feeding.

👉 Sign them up NOW. Help stop the cycle. Help your community. Help Guam.
