Thank you students for coming to THE FARM CLUB By Agrician!✨🕺🏻

Touring around THE FARM CLUB and demonstration of hydroponics farming knowledge.📖 Agrician farmers share some insights on agriculture, food system and urban farming.🧑🏻‍🌾🪴 With demonstrations from our farmers, students also had the opportunities to get a hand on cutting and washing fresh greens. ✂️🥬 After the tour and harvesting, workshop ends with a free-flow food art plating with students’ own reusable containers.♻️🫙

We’re very delighted to see youth that are curious about agriculture and urban farming, we hope this workshop may spark the idea of future generations and let’s bring the quality and sustainability back to modern food system!🌏🌱

Story behind the Pop-up Dinner…

When giving thanks, don’t forget yourself… It’s always important to be grateful for what you’ve accomplished. And today, we would like to show gratitude to ourselves. The farmers, the . 🧑🏻‍🌾☀️

was founded in 2021 aiming to re-imagine, re-think and renovate the modern food system, especially in an urban area where food always comes from thousands miles away. We believe that the food system is a very important aspect of our well-being and healthy planet. We think urban farming could be a solution to shorten food miles and bond people together again.

But not only us, farmers around the world are giving days and years taking care of what they grow. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to farmers all over the world. Your fresh ingredients make this Pop-up Dinner possible!🍽

We’re very grateful to be urban farmers, as design and technology makes farm life so much easier. Thank you for inventing such great system so to make modern farming much more efficient!🫶🏼💚 Technology should enhance but not to replace, and we love to interact with all of you in person to share our vision and good food. Story behind the Pop-up Dinner…

Today we would like to talk about our little wooden mobile farm showcased in for the pop-up dinner carrying 20+ varieties of greens and flowers from our farm in Fo Tan. It’s like a mini version of our Farm Club! This beautiful art-piece was handcrafted by ✨, a local artist using recycled woods for the whole cart.

is a local artist who has rich experiences in drama and film-making and now focus on creating Sand Art. Not only he’s a talented artist, he’s also a creative and skillful wooden furniture crafter.🪚🪵 He always collect some used wood from old furniture and turn them into new creations which is a very sustainable way to make good use of “furniture waste”. We told him about our wish to create a mobile farm and he made it a reality by his magic!🪄 This is the story behind this beautiful art-piece.🖼

Art and Life are always inseparable. As an urban farm, we try to infuse art into our designs and daily farming life.🧑🏻‍🌾🧑🏻‍🎨 We see art as a way of expression and communication. We hope we will have more collaborations with local artists in the future to build a better community together.🌎💫

And from now on, our mobile farm will be available to serve in workshops, events and pop-up venue as a live “Farm-to-Table" service.🍽 Please let us know if you are interested in bringing the mobile farm to your place too!🌱🚗

Story behind the Pop-up Dinner…

Here we come again for the Pop-up dinner throwback, the next hero we would like to feature and thank is the host of this pop-up dinner . Test Kitchen was founded in 2015, it’s a platform for chefs to showcase their talents and providing unique dining experience where the chefs can have strong connections and interactions with the diners.

We knew about when we met 👨🏻‍🍳and later we also met the founder of Vincent.🫡 He’s a passionate guy who knows very well about food, wine, people and hospitality.🍷🍽✨ He’s also very open up to creative ideas like the vegetarian pop-up dinner this time.🥬🥬 We would like to thank him for making this event possible and being so enthusiastic and helpful about the collaboration.💚

For us, is more than a stage for chefs, it also provides a place for people to connect together and share ideas, joys and of course to celebrate food together.💛 As a food producer, we always love to connect with people directly to know about their thoughts and feedbacks on our produce. We are grateful to meet so many like-minded local neighbors here who love food and support our idea. 👯👯

Story behind the Pop-up Dinner…

(1/6) - Chef Jimmy

Our pop-up collaboration with is over for a week already. But the tastes of those amazing vegetarian dishes are still around our tongues!😋 We hope everyone who participated in the project enjoyed a great time together. 🌈💚

In the coming week, we will feature and thank different heroes who play important roles to make this wonderful event possible!✨

The first one we would like to thank is our talented chef !✨ Jimmy came to our farm in early August when we just met and knew each other for the first time, he quickly spotted the characteristics of our vegetables and possibilities for creations. Then he came up the idea of a Farm-To-Table pop-up dinner collaboration with our home-grown fresh greens being the main characters.🌱

That’s the moment when we started to seed our first batches of tailor-grow greens for chef to use in the dinner according to his requirements.🪡🌱 Those greens end up became many beautiful art-like dishes under the magic hands from the Chef! We would like to thank for creating such amazing dishes and also presenting the favours originating from our greens so well!💚

Working with local chefs is always one thing we enjoy doing as an urban farm.🧑🏻‍🌾🥬 Not only our greens taste even better with magic touches from the chefs, it’s also a great way to connect people together in our local community, from the farm to the kitchen and to the forks, in just a glance.🍽✨ In short, fresher greens and shorter food miles!📍🧑🏻‍🌾

Thanks Samsung and Broadway for creating the farm-to-table art workshop with us and promoting urban farming in Hong Kong.🧑🏻‍🌾🥬

We are grateful for your support on sustainable urban farming to grow quality food for our local community!💪🏻🌱

During the workshop, all the guests not only can create farm-to-table arts with Agrician’s vegetables, they also can shoot high quality photos for their artworks by using the new Samsung Galaxy Z Filp4 and Z Fold4 to unlock the limits of angles and imagination.

Something fresh is coming to the town…

We‘re delighted to tell you all that we’re collaborating with in September for a Pop-up Dinner! 🌱👯✨

Agrician is now tailor-growing different varieties of greens for coming Pop-up Dinner with Test Kitchen.

From seed to table, 0 to 100. Freshly grow, cook, and to serve. will work with our veggie-ingredients which locally grown in our farm at Fo Tan to create some beautiful vegetarian dishes.

It’s our mission to connect people and local community together for a better world 🌍 through urban farming🧑🏽‍🌾!
