【個案分享👀股骨頭頸切除手術】

33係一隻兩歲嘅緬因貓，平日行路都好正常，並無異樣🐈
突然有一日，主人發現33行唔到路🧑🏼‍🦯 攤咗喺度，仲會不時發出慘叫聲🙀
翌日就即刻帶33嚟我哋貓醫院求醫🧑🏽‍⚕️
經過X光檢查後🩻，發現股骨頭碎裂，要立即進行手術🔪

圖中可見呈粉紅色嘅圓形物體就係手術切除後嘅股骨頭🦴，而【股骨頭頸切除手術】（FHNE）涉及切除貓嘅股骨頭/頸，通常會使用到影片中嘅震動鋸🪚

而隨著時間康復，貓貓嘅肌肉會形成纖維組織關節充當骨球🦴代替原本嘅關節！

33 is a two-year-old Maine Coon cat who usually walks normally without any issues 🐈

近排我哋貓醫院好多貓哮喘嘅個案嚟求診，有啲係肺部🫁創傷太耐、壞到不可逆轉情況👀有啲係肺炎甚至嚴重到有生命危險‼️　

Uma，係其中一隻嚟求診嘅貓貓，咳嗽差唔多兩年，期間主人亦都尋求過其他醫生意見，輾轉嚟到我哋醫院🏥
經檢查後，我哋發現Uma有嚴重哮喘、肺炎，以及由自身免疫系統引致嘅貧血，有近50%肺部受到影響。

【個案分享👀化療不可怕】

曲曲係我哋貓醫院入邊其中一位獸醫領養嘅貓貓 — 亦係一隻患有甲狀腺過高、胰臟炎、關節炎嘅摺耳老貓🐱
而關節炎更嚴重到行路都有困難😕

症狀：

今次個案分享嘅主角係梳打🐱
梳打係一隻曾經患有腹膜炎且被確診慢性腎病嘅貓貓🤕

發現過程：
求診當日，梳打嘅腹膜炎已經康復大約一個月，但主人注意到梳打依然冇胃口，體型甚至變得瘦削🐈，仲出現咗皮膚問題🤕
主人非常擔心梳打嘅腹膜炎會復發，所以決定轉到我哋貓醫院尋求進一步嘅治療。

診斷過程與治療：
梳打嚟到我哋貓醫院後，我哋立即為佢進行血壓測量、超聲波檢查。
醫生發現梳打嘅腎病指數並唔算太差🥺，唯獨一直出現精神、食慾不振狀況😨
再進一步檢查發現，梳打出現高血壓🛑。經過一個月嘅藥物治療後，梳打嘅體重增加咗超過1kg！而食慾亦都大大改善咗🍖🥬🥩🐟

💡對於患有慢性腎病嘅貓貓，定期測量血壓係非常重要‼️
因為高血壓可能對貓貓健康造成不同大小嘅負面影響👿

In this case sharing, the protagonist is Soda🐱. Soda is a cat that has previously suffered from peritonitis and has been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease🤕.

Discovery Process:
On the day of the consultation, it had been about a month since Soda recovered from peritonitis. However, the owner noticed that Soda still had no appetite, and its body size even became thin🐈. It also developed skin problems🤕.

【個案分享👀尿道造口手術】

今次同大家分享肥仔嘅案例，佢因為出現排尿困難問題，於是主人就帶佢去求醫啦🧑🏼‍⚕️

肥仔喺第一間診所求診時，該診所醫生決定要幫肥仔插尿喉🐱，但不幸嘅係尿喉插入後，卡住喺膀胱無法取出🙀 醫生告知主人需要切除肥仔生殖器官🍆、或者做手術打開膀胱嚟移除尿喉🔪
但主人當時並唔願意😢於是輾轉嚟到我哋貓醫院求醫🏥

肥仔嚟到貓醫院看診後，我哋醫療團隊當日好順利地用非手術嘅技術，成功咁移除咗肥仔原本淤塞嘅尿喉😽，並重新置入一條新嘅尿喉。
可惜出院後第10日，肥仔再次出現排尿困難情況🫠
於是主人再次帶肥仔返嚟複診👀
呢次排尿困難嘅成因好可能係先前對生殖器官🍆造成嘅創傷所引起
最後主人決定同意進行尿道造口手術，而手術都非常成功😽兩日就可以出院🏠

💡實際上，切除生殖器官🔪係為咗移除受損嘅尿道，咁做可以增加尿道嘅闊度，尿液更容易排出✅

好多人聽到切除生殖器官🔪就會好擔心，話會可能引起細菌感染🦠或者漏尿等問題。
然而，隨着時代嘅發展，醫療技術和手術技術其實已經十分成熟，風險並無想像中咁大✅
🌟絕大部份喺我哋醫院進行尿道造口手術嘅個案，並無出現任何併發症😋所有貓貓亦都喺手術後兩至三日可以正常小便同出院

Today, we want to share with you the case of a cat named “Fei Jai”. He was experiencing difficulty in urination, so his owner took him to seek medical help. 🧑🏼‍⚕️

When FeiJai visited the first clinic, the veterinarian there decided to insert a urinary catheter for him. However, unfortunately, the catheter became stuck in his bladder and couldn't be removed. 🙀 The veterinarian informed the owner that it was necessary to either remove FeiJai's reproductive organs 🍆 or perform surgery to open the bladder and remove the catheter with a scalpel. However, the owner was reluctant to proceed with those options. 😢 As a result, they eventually came to our cat hospital for further treatment. 🏥

After FeiJai arrived at our cat hospital, our medical team successfully and smoothly removed the obstructed urinary catheter using non-surgical techniques on the same day of his visit. 😽 A new urinary catheter was then placed. Unfortunately, on the 10th day after discharge, FeiJai experienced urinary difficulties again. 🫠
Consequently, the owner brought him back for a follow-up appointment. 👀 The cause of this recurrent urinary difficulty was likely related to the previous trauma to his reproductive organs. Eventually, the owner agreed to proceed with a urinary diversion surgery, which was highly successful. 😽 He was able to be discharged just two days after the surgery. 🏠

💡In reality, the purpose of removing the reproductive organs with surgery is to eliminate the damaged portion of the urethra, thus increasing the width of the urinary passage and facilitating easier urine flow. ✅

Many people tend to worry when they hear about the removal of reproductive organs, fearing possible complications such as bacterial infections 🦠 or urinary incontinence. However, with the advancement of medical and surgical techniques, the risks are not as significant as imagined. ✅

🌟 The vast majority of cases undergoing urinary diversion surgery at our hospital have not experienced any complications. 😋 All cats were able to urinate normally and be discharged within two to three days after the surgery.
