The Story of Baking Bark

My name is Alyssa and I live in Hong Kong with my two English Bulldogs Bella and Bruce. Bella is my best friend, my business partner and the Chief Executive Dog. She’s the one who really makes the decisions, taste tests and gets things signed off! I used to buy treats from pet stores not really thinking about the ingredients. Looking at some of them, I was lost and hadn't even heard of most of the things going into them. English Bulldogs are well known for their skin problems and allergies, so I started thinking of alternative ways I could make my own dog treats to ensure I could keep a track of everything they were eating. As such, Baking Bark was born! Bella and Bruce are big fans of peanut butter, so I experimented with recipes and made peanut butter treats, topped with a sugar free yogurt icing, and they loved them! Baking Bark was established in July 2020 with the goal of creating healthy handmade tasty dog treats for your puppies to enjoy. Thank you for dropping by! Alyssa x
