Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to address a recent incident that occurred at BOGU WAN CHAI. During a grooming service, our experienced Wan Chai groomer accidentally made a cut at the tip of Miu Miu’s ear. We understand the distress and concern this may have caused to Miu Miu’s pawrent, Ms Yugi Lee, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight.

We have reached out to Ms Lee personally to address her concern and provide any necessary support. We will be responsible for Miu Miu’s vet check-up costs.

At BOGU, the well-being and safety of the pets in our care are our top priorities. We deeply regret this unfortunate mishap and take full responsibility for the incident. Rest assured, we have taken immediate steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, including additional regular trainings for our groomers.

We value the trust and loyalty of our customers, and we are committed to providing the highest quality of care and service to every pet that walks through our doors. We understand the importance of transparency and accountability and we want to assure you that we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care. This is also one of the reasons why we installed a transparent glass partition at our Tai Hang Shop between the grooming area and the seating area.

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to learn and grow from this experience.
