I asked them to appreciate the furry members of their families.
It’s something we should all take time to do.
For us, they are with us for part of our lives.
For them, we are such a big part of theirs.

As some of you may know it’s been a bit of a rough time for us here at LLD recently. We really appreciate the support we’ve received since the sudden passing of a family member as well as for the other not so great things that have been happening ❤️🩹
With all that has happened it’s made us really think about how we want our business to continue to grow and it has given us the opportunity to really knuckle down and focus on providing the best care for your pets 🐾
All in all we just wanted to say thank you for sticking around during this time and for all the waggly tails and sloppy kisses 🐶

In the years since then, alongside Collective Fashion Justice, we’ve exposed the sale of domestic cat fur in Melbourne.
Mislabelled muskrat fur.
Beanies with animal fur pom poms, mislabelled as ‘faux’ and sold right next to genuinely animal-free options.
This week in Parliament, I raised the issue again.
With more ethical and sustainable options available, I see no justification for the continued sale of animal fur.
We can appreciate the beauty of nature without taking it from it – this faux coat is proof of that.

Today is treat making day and we wanted to give our sous chefs a little thanks for their help in the kitchen 👩🍳 So we spread some of our liver treat mixture on a slice of toast 🥩
As weird as our idea may have been it was definitely a success 😂

Beach day for my babies 🏝️ The Sandy Bay gang absolutely loved their swim today in the refreshing water 🌊 Not pictured was me falling over and having a low BGL episode 🫠 But luckily for me all three pups were so good and kept an eye on me until I was ok again ❤️🩹
Dog friendly ice cream 🍦 As the weather heats up it’s important to keep your pets cool! We just went out for a wee walk and then I treated to dogs to some delicious homemade treats 😋 Dibley and Chewie love their ice cream so much that they wolf it down in one go 🦷 But Poppy prefers to lick hers haha 💗
