Our Story
Hi guys! We are Felicia and Jaanus and this is our brain child Chewing Gym! Felicia is from Hong Kong, she’s a proud dog mum who always has a very high standard towards everything that she does. She was looking for a healthy, nutritious snack for Dario, her lovely poodle!
Felicia is not satisfied with the average. Just like she always does, she went and tested a lot of different kangaroo snacks that were available in Hong Kong but none of these were good enough for her. She searched far and wide until finally her quest brought her to the source where kangaroo meat comes from.
This is where Jaanus comes in. He is thorough and rational and always likes to get to the bottom of things, not much escapes from him. He happens to live in Australia, so when Felicia came over for a visit she asked him to help finding the best kangaroo snacks for her dog. They set off to do some research about what was available locally and tried different products until they had something that everyone was happy with. Dario was doing hard work and spent a lot of time testing a whole bunch of snacks. He was the ultimate judge here, he got to say the final word about which jerky was the best and most delicious! In a matter of fact Dario loved his jerky so much that they decided to share these wonderful snacks with all the other doggies in Hong Kong as well!
Our high quality kangaroo jerky comes from the east coast of Australia. Kangaroos are not farmed, they live in the nature and their meat is as natural as it gets. They are truly free range! We only ship our jerky over to Hong Kong in small batches from time to time to make sure that it’s always as fresh as possible. You might want to stock up a little when it comes available!
