各位飼主請留意： 由於人手調動安排，本院的珍禽異獸夜間急症服務將於 12月2日（星期二）7pm - 10pm 暫停服務。

✅ 日間門診服務及24小時住院將維持正常運作，不受影響。 如閣下已預約當日的日間門診，請按原定時間前往應診。

🗓️ 晚間急症暫停時段： 12月2日（星期二）7pm - 10pm
*日間門診服務及24小時住院不受影響

💡 緊急指引： 於暫停服務期間，如閣下的兔子、天竺鼠、雀鳥或其他珍禽異獸遇到緊急醫療狀況，可聯絡其他提供 24 小時急診服務的獸醫診所，以免延誤治療時機。

Due to staffing arrangements, please be informed that our Exotic Night Emergency Service will be suspended on 2 December(Tuesday).

✅ Daytime Consultation Services and 24-Hour Hospitalization will remain fully operational and unaffected. If you have a daytime appointment on that day, please attend as scheduled.

🗓️ Suspension Period: 2 Dec (Tue) 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Night Exotic Pet Emergency)

💡 Emergency Guidance: During this suspension period, if your rabbit, guinea pig, bird, or other exotic pet requires urgent medical attention, please contact other veterinary clinics that provide 24-hour emergency services to ensure timely treatment.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

各位寵物主人請注意：

因應大廈進行電力維護工程，本院將於 2025年11月27日晚上11時正至11月28日早上6時正期間暫停電力供應 ⚡️。為確保寵物安全及服務品質，本院將於停電期間暫停所有住院服務 🚫。

受此影響，本院於11月27日（星期四）的營業時間將有所調整：
11月27日 (四)：晚上 10:00 關門後 🌙，暫停當日住院服務 💤。
11月28日 (五)：早上 9:00 照常營業 ☀️。

請各位寵主留意時間 ⏰，並提前安排好寵物的醫療需求。如有任何疑問，請於營業時間致電本院查詢 📞。不便之處，敬請見諒 🙏。

所謂「預防勝於治療」，加上雀鳥壽命可長達數十年，定期 Body Check 係守護佢哋健康嘅最佳方法！雀鳥天生擅於隱藏病徵，唔好等到佢哋唔舒服先嚟睇醫生啊。

無論府上嘅係活潑幼鳥、定係可愛嘅「老友記」，喺唔同生命階段都有唔同嘅健康需要㗎：

颱風將至，照護常在。
Stormy skies ahead, but care never stops.

為確保您的寵物於颱風期間依然能被好好照護，星寵已經為各位主人安排醫護人員守候，在颱風期間依然能維持有限度的醫療服務。

📌 一號或三號颱風信號懸掛時：本院維持正常服務。
📌 八號烈風或暴風信號懸掛時：
1️⃣ 門診服務將暫停，本院將於八號信號解除後的兩小時後依次重新安排受影響客人的門診預約；
2️⃣ 09:00 - 21:00：已留在本院的寵物，將由醫生及護士團隊當值照顧，本院將通知受影響客人有關安排；
3️⃣ 21:00 - 09:00：信號懸掛前的住院寵物，24小時住院服務仍然維持正常，並由醫護人員當值照顧；

⚠️ 颱風期間，本院所有服務價格不變。
⚠️ 如颱風懸掛期間影響本院其他運作，我們會即時於IG及Facebook公佈最新安排。
⚠️ 提提您：如天氣惡劣，請提前安排好毛孩所需藥物／食物，並減少外出，保障人寵安全！

To ensure your beloved pets continue receiving proper care during the typhoon, Zodiac has arranged for medical staff to stay on duty. Limited veterinary services will remain available during the typhoon period.

📌 When Typhoon Signal No.1 or No.3 is in effect: Operates as usual.
📌 When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is in effect:
1️⃣ Consultation services will be temporarily suspended. After Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered, we will begin rescheduling affected appointments progressively within two hours.
2️⃣ 09:00 - 21:00: Hospitalised pets will be cared for by our doctors and nursing team. Affected clients will be notified.
3️⃣ 21:00 - 09:00: 24-hour hospitalisation will remain in operation for pets admitted before the signal was raised, under the care of overnight medical staff.

⚠️ Our service charges remain unchanged during typhoons.
⚠️ Any additional updates will be announced promptly on our IG and Facebook.
⚠️ Kindly prepare any necessary medication or food in advance and minimise outings for your and your pet’s safety.
