貓狗年紀越來越大，越常見的病症有哪些?
心肺，就是咳喘問題；第二個是皮膚問題；第三個是 #骨關節問題

關節的部分，特別要注意大型又年紀大的狗狗，大型犬最多的就是髖關節問題，因為大型犬時常會發生退化性關節炎；另外，雖然小型犬骨架與大型狗不同，但若體型太胖也需要注意。

主人記得平常照護方式就是切勿讓狗狗跳上跳下.

留意寵物有沒有 #骨關節問題 平常可以從從走路的步態，例如出現「一拐一拐的」的現象；精神和食慾逐漸變差；摸到牠某個關節處會大叫；影響排便，因為蹲著會痛。

如果是貓咪的話，因為牠們是會忍耐的動物，所以不容易注意到.所以主人耍特別用心留意。

關節不好可以運動嗎?
可以，但最好就是不要給關節太大壓力的運動。
關節有問題其實可以用 #物理治療 #針灸 或用 #物理治療游水 等方式去幫助寵物減輕痛楚,加強肌肉能力。

Alfa來做hydrotherapy ， 輕鬆的一天🐶
Alpha係一隻6歲年青力壯嘅邊界牧羊犬，早前畀醫生發現佢前手手長短有輕微不同，而盆骨亦有點發育不健全；導致佢行起來有點catwalk。
幸好，佢有一個熱愛運動嘅爸爸，每日都會同佢跑步，而每星期都會來到做水療運動及激光治療；幫助改善步姿同舒緩疲勞。

Eye tacking in Sharpei and Chow dogs breeds

Sharpei and Chow puppies are often born with excessive skin folds. Most of them will grow into their trademarks skinfolds, but in some puppies the skinfolds are so excessive it can cause eye problems, and in some even cause them not to see out from under the folds,like this puppy in the picture.
She came in for her vaccinations, and the owner was worried she is blind- she kept walking into things. Once she had a full clinical exam, it was diagnosed she just has too much skin falling over her eyes. Once the procedure was finished she was able to walk to her food bowl without walking into the wall.

Eyelid or skinfold tacking is a simple procedure. It can be done with only a little sedation and a bit of gas. It takes about 20 minutes, and your puppy goes home right after the procedure. They do have to wear a collar to prevent them from scratching their face, but most puppies dont even care about the stitches within a few hours, as long as they are distracted with food and play.
The procedure sometimes have to be repeated, as the puppy grows, and some puppies need a permanent surgery to remove the skinfolds after 6 months of age.

If you have a puppy with a lot of skinfolds and you notice they have a discharge from their eyes or they struggle to walk, visit your vet, they might need this simple procedure that will make them happier puppies
