We’re taking over West End for an afternoon full of wagging tails, laughter, prizes, and community fun!

📍 Registration: 3PM at Sundowners Beach Bar
💰 Entry Fee: $10 per pet (includes 1 raffle ticket!)
🎟️ Extra Raffle Tickets: $10 each... perfect for our off-island supporters who want to donate prizes to ROAR!!
🚶‍♀️ Parade Starts: 4PM sharp... we’ll strut from Sundowners ➡️ B***y Bar ➡️ and back again!

🐾 A Thousand Thank Yous 🐾

You could have spent your money on coffee, Amazon, or something shiny that would make you happy for a little while...
But instead, you chose us.

You chose to give your kindness, your love, and your resources to help a life like ours...little souls who just want a chance to feel safe, warm, and loved.

Because of you, we have hope. Because of you, we get a second chance.

We might not be able to talk to say THANK YOU the way humans do... but every tail wag, every happy bark, and every nap in a soft bed is because of you guys!

Sweet little Princessa from Campo Salado in Oakridge is just 2 months old and was biten by a big dog. She learned the hard lesson about getting close to a big dog and it's food. The bite injured her right eye. Princessa's human mom didn't know what to do so by the time ROAR was contacted the eye was severely infected.

Princessa was taken to Del Bosque Veterinary Clinic where Dra. Celeste cared for her. After cleaning the eye it was determined the eyeball had suffered too much damage and will have to be removed.

As with most island dogs Princessa is anemic so she was sent home with antibiotic and antiflamatory medications, along with medicated eye drops, and vitamin B drops. Princessa must get healthy for surgery by correcting the anemia.

The surgery to remove the eye is estimated to be L5,000 or $190 not including medications.

The recheck visit this week was not as promising as hoped for. The eye infection is much better and Princessa is feeling better, however, her bloodwork was worse.
Her anemia has gotten worse and it is now suspected she has ehrlichia also. A change of antibiotics and continuing eye drops. Please help this little girl get healthy and live a happy life. Your donation ARE life changing.

Every year on our island, thousands of puppies and kittens are born…
most will never know what it’s like to have a full belly, a soft bed, or a name.

They wander the streets hungry, sick, and scared victims of overpopulation we can prevent.

The 2025 Score 4 ROAR event is now behind us, and we were fortunate to enjoy a beautiful, sunny day!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tita's for hosting the after party, featuring music by Zozeny & IMOX.

A big shout out to Turtle Beach for sponsoring the music, Roatan Disc Golf for donating the greens fees, and Jackie, Martin, and Ken for coordinating the Corn Hole Tournament. We are incredibly thankful to Carrie & JJ’s Island Kitchen for co-hosting and handling the legwork for prize donations!

Special thanks go out to all the businesses who contributed—ROAR’s work is made possible by the support of our community, so please remember to support these animal-loving businesses!
