And the last lady from this special F litter (today 5 weeks and 5 days old, weighs 633 grams), formerly known as F1, got her name. So from today she is...FRIDA
🤔 The origin of the name:
Originally a short form of other female names containing an element of Germanic frida meaning "peace". This is also the Scandinavian equivalent of the old Norwegian kindred Fríða which comes from the old Nordic fríðr, which means “beautiful, beloved”.
So...peace, beautiful and beloved...our Frida it really is 🥰. She is also smooth, calm and with a warm look of a "deer" that never lets you out of sight. And she completely surrenders when you take her in your arms and because of that this is the first photo session without any crying or trying to escape 😌
What is still unknown to me is her actual color, or markings (silver black tabby but also so many smoke? 🤔) but we will find out when the time comes 😉

With the last rays of the sun comes this Silver black tabby young lady, once known as F2 (today 5 weeks and 3 days old and weighing 661 grams), and we named her...FRIGGA 🌌
Why Fr**ga, the Norse Goddess of Sky?! ..her eyes say it all (for me definitely one of the most beautiful boredoms) and her beautiful profile is already in sight (of course stained with leftovers) 🤭. She started eating kitten food 4 days ago, as did her "wolf" sister Future🥰
🤔 Origin of the name:
Fr**ga (F***g, Frija or Fricka) is in Norse mythology the goddess of the sky, the daughter of Fjorgyne, the goddess of the earth. Fr**ga is Odin's wife, the mother of Balder and Hoth. She is the protector of marriage and motherhood. Fr**ga knows the fate of every being, but never discovers it. As Odin's wife, she was also known as the Queen of Heaven. The central deity is Asgard, where her Fensalir Hall ("water halls") is located.

Today I intended to publish his sister...but he simply approached and did not give me peace, so let him be when he is so "dangerous" 🤭
..so, once again a male "wolf" from Litter F named FENRIR (you know the story about him from before 😉)
He is the greatest proof that babies from Litter F are progressing great...today (at 5 weeks and 3 days) he weighs 856 grams, and only 6 days ago he weighed 751💪
His appetite is still wolfish...somehow it seems that he is the successor of his older brother from Litter B, our Bandit aka Fat Cat 🥰.
I have to fall in love again, too, and that can be a big, big problem 😂😉
*Maybe I'll be lucky, so I'll catch some more rays of daylight and manage to announce his third sister today 😉

This Silver black tabby Girl (formerly F4) is right behind Freyja in size and weight (today at 5 weeks and 2 days old she weighs 684 grams). Until 3 days ago, she didn't even want to try anything but her mommy's milk and then, just like that 😉, her wolf instinct appeared in her...and she starts to ate with her whole body in her own plate (with head and all body inside 😂) and the others couldn't even think that she would accidentally distributed food to them (it will never happen 🤭).
And as her new appetite, appearance and head shape remind me of a female wolf...we decided to call her...FUTURE (NORDIC WOLFIE).
And why Future?...🤔
This young Lady has been one of the options from day one for my very, very good friend and breeder and her great wish is for her girl to be called Future (because the Litter name should start with the letter F), and mine is to join this part in parentheses (Nordic Wolfie), of course 😉. Basically, we agreed on a name if this girl will be her final choice 🥰.
🤔 The origin of the name:
Nordic wolves appear in Norse mythology, mostly as companions of the gods. They ate the food of the gods during dinner at Valhalla. Especially Odin's because he didn't need it himself. He ate and drank wine.
And this girl is a real female Wolf right now and probably next future for my friend cattery. 🥰

And in this Black Smoke boy from Litter F (formerly F5; 5 weeks and 1 day old today),
I already see a new seducer and photo model 🥰.
Although he weighs (716 grams today) lighter than his brother Fenrir, they are the same size, long-legged and big paws, very active and with lion's appetite 😄. His looks and behaves terribly reminds me of his older brother from Litter B (his owner will know which one 😉)
And continuing the inspiration of Nordic mythology, we called him...FREY
🤔 Origin of the name:
Frey is one of Vanir, son of Njord and brother of Freya. After being left unarmed in Ragnarök, he was killed by the fire giant Surtr. He owned three valuables. The first is a magic sword that he fought against the enemy himself, but gave it to his servant Skirnir to beg the beautiful Gerd, the daughter of the giants Gymir and Aurboda. Some believe it was a conspiracy of giants: to make Frey fall in love with the most beautiful woman, Gerd, and so they take from him a sword that will weaken the gods at Ragnarok. Next in line from Litter F is a young silver black tabby lady, 4 weeks and 5 days old and weighing 703 grams today (formerly F6 in Litter F) and we named her...FREYJA
🤔 The origin of the name:
Freyja (Mardell, Vanadis or Syr) is the goddess of love, beauty and fertility in Norse mythology. Her husband is Od – Svipdag, and her daughters are Noss (Precious) and Gersimi (Ures). She is Freyr's sister and Njǫrðr's daughter. She allegedly shed golden tears for her absent husband, but she was often accused of promiscuity. She practiced seidhr, a certain kind of magic that Odin also learned. Her carriage was pulled by two cats and she could turn herself into a falcon. She owned a Brisingamen necklace made for her and gifted four dwarfs on the condition that she spend the night with each of them. Half of the warriors killed in battle belong to her.
Frey's goddess of beauty Freya in Old Norse means "woman", "woman leader" (fru in Scandinavian and frau in German).
🥰 Love, beauty, woman leader...she is all that and that is why this divine name suits her perfectly 👌❤

Fenrir (Fenrisulfr or Fenris)
According to Norse mythology, Fenrir is a mythological creature - a wolf, the son of Loki and Angrboðe. Fenrir is chained by the gods, but he will grow up and become too big for the shackles, and then he will kill Odin during the time of Ragnarök. When he is fully grown, his upper jaw will touch the sky and his lower will touch the earth.
🥰 Yes, the inspiration for Litter F comes from Norse mythology...those who know me a little better know why 😉

The decision was made and the name of this Blue Tortie Smoke young lady (7 weeks and 6 days old today), will be...Elemmírë 🧝♀️🧚♀️
Elemmírë was Vanyar's elf and her name means STAR 🌟 (which this young lady really is 🥰). He created a song, known to all the Eldar elves, to mourn the death of the two Trees that attacked Melkor and the eclipse of Valinor.
So the inspiration for litter E came from elves, but not without reason 😉.
Both are beautiful and somewhat unreal, both have long ears with extremely long ears tips...🧝🧝♀️

Our "E" guy finally got the name...Elrond Fëanor 🥳
But...why two names?! 🤔
Elrond
Its meaning is "celestial vault" or "vault of stars". He is characterized by a very strong and wise, as well as a good guide. Elrond is a half-elf. He fought many times leading armies and was the guardian of Rivendell; he was an important elf for Middle-earth.
Fëanor
He comes from the union of Sindarin Faenor and Quenya Fëanáro. His name represents the term "Spirit of Fire". He was the greatest of the Noldor and their king for some time. Nerdanel's husband, with whom he had 7 children.
🌠 Everything he represents is united by this name...Elrond "celestial vault" & Fëanor "Spirit of Fire" 🔥
