We are honoured to offer a personal experience with our horses to each and every guest we get to meet, and hear the stories you wish to share with us ❤️

This summer we have heard stories of a national level young talent athlete, loss of loved ones, the joy of overcoming fears and fulfilling a long-term dream to ride a horse, struggles with bullying, happiness of young love... Not to mention the brave young cowgirls- and boys who after hesitating to even pet a horse choose Gandalf the Big Boy to ride.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to each and every new (and old!) friend we get to meet with our amazing horses. You make our every day special and our job the best job in the world ❤️

Historical day! For the first time we had an "outsider" farrier visiting us 🐎 this summer has been so crazy busy 🥵 propably Bibor was most shocked of this visit as even her heavy elefant-ballerina hind hoofs were done in no time! In the pic Selja (Bodza) is showing example how to use the hiiiigh hoof stand 👠

Gandalf got a true 💚💜🧡❤️ HEART 🧡❤️💛💙 ATTACK yesterday! Kiss the Pony is one of the favourite programs for our horses. They get to chill while our junior guests give them all their focus and attention, care and love.

One of the best parts in this profession is to see hesitant and a bit shy kids starting to relax and enjoy the company of our amazing horses. Some might say they don't want to try riding, and that is fully ok. .....But then the magic happens.....

We begin the Kiss the Pony program by brushing and cleaning the horses. When this is done we can braid their tail and mane, and decorate them to maximum beauty 🤗 then starts the best part: painting! The horses are a big fluffy canvas where you can let your creativity blossom with safe finger paints. This is not in anyway harmfull for the horses, to them it feels like petting or brushing that they enjoy!

After the artsy moment we tack the horses and go for a little ride. With 100% certainty all the kids want to ride and usually the most shy ones smile the most 💛

Thank you yesterday's guests, we had a blast!

Gandalf's fancy dance shoes are waiting to get on the road again! These kind of "boots" can be used instead of traditional iron horseshoes.

Example reasons to use boots:

🦄 horse is barefoot, but needs protection for the hoofs during riding or to prevent slipping
🦄 recovering from injury/crack on the hoof
🦄 a metal shoe has fallen off and the horse needs protection for the hoof temporarely
🦄 the horse is traumatised by the shoeing process

So far have been a perfect choise for our use and we can warmly recommend them to horse owners who are looking for this type of solution!
