The International Native Cynology Committee is a World Native Dog Breed Organisation founded in 2019, with the aim to liberate national cynology panorama on the international horizon. It includes 12 members and contract partners, that each issue their own pedigrees and train judges. INCC is the basis that these are recognized mutually and equally. We are working with three sections: Europe, the Americas, and Asia. INCC recognizes all native dog breeds that its members acknowledge as national dog breeds. The standards that INCC verifies are issued by the nation-states and the representatives of the breeds, as such, they represent the ideal type of the breed. An official standard is a detailed description that is to defines the full characteristics of the dog breed and it is the cornerstone of international recognition. The translation and updating are carried out by the members but must be verified by INCC Scientific Commission as well. Following the recognition process, the publishing is unfolded by INCC. These standards and the reference for judges at events held in the INCC member countries, but also for the breeders in their attempt to produce top-quality dogs by all means that they simultaneously preserve the national dog breed heritage. Every member or contract partner conducts national (NCA) and international (ICA), one-breed or multi-breed events for the purpose of conformation (ICAIB or NCAIB), working, trials, tests (INCAIT or NCAIT), agility (INCAIG or NCAIG), obedience (ICAOB or NCAOB), dog dancing (ICAD or NCAD), competitions, races, cursing (ICAL or NCAL), herding trials (ICATR or NCATR). Results of these events are sent to INCC Headquarters where they are processed and homologated. When a dog has been awarded a certain number of awards, it is eligible for the title of International Quality, Performance, Working, Agility, Obedience, Dog Dancing, Race, Attraction, Representative, and Herding Champion. All these titles are enforced by INCC. In addition, every breeder who joins one of the national or international members of INCC can apply for international recognition for his/her kennel name.
