Tomo and his little teeth. ❤️

Tomo is an almost three year old orange boy who lost his owner unexpectedly earlier this year. He’s been waiting at The Odd Cat ever since to hopefully find his new family. 🥺

As his bio says he’s a bit low on personality, but he’s enjoyable to be around and very cute to look at. 💕

Siblings Fawn and Gigi are perfect to adopt together! 👯‍♀️💕

☯️ These 8 month old kittens balance each other out perfectly!

Gigi is rambunctious orange boy with lots of energy- fun fun fun! Fawn is the more demure, sweet sister. Gigi brings out Fawn’s playful side and Fawn brings out Gigi’s cuddly side! 🐾

These two are both vaccinated, sterilized and ready for their forever homes! ✨

Thank you everyone who helped us get the word out on Legolas this week! 💕

We had so much interest and we are happy to say he went off to his trial adoption this weekend! 🥳

Good Cat of the Week Nino is another cat HIGH on our list of needing to be rehomed as soon as possible. Nino was adopted previously and returned at no fault of his own. Unfortunately he took this change very hard.

Nino has lots of energy and needs extra attention and these needs just aren’t met in a cafe of 80+ cats. 🥺

While he’s always stressed out it’s difficult for him to connect with potential adopters. But when it’s quiet after opening hours, Nino has been having some very sweet cuddles with staff. ❤️❤️

We will post Nino’s bio in story for more info!

✨🐱 Also!! Our cafe is finishing renovation and we will be OPEN again tomorrow normal hours 10AM - 5PM! 🥳

Apologies for the cursed p*e picture, but we knew it would be hard to believe sweet baby angel Rose would EVER be naughty. 😈

Lola finally achieved peak predator status at the cafe by catching a mole. We were not sure how to categorize that as good or naughty so more just letting you know.. that happened. 😅

Lastly Bangs, the kitten found with his siblings and mom Silky tied by their necks to the bottom of a cage, has been the first sibling to really come out of his shell! He has let guests pet him and loves to lounge in front of the door of the cafe very confidently.

❗️ We want to notify everyone we will be closed for renovations from Nov 25th until December 1st! Our cafe will reopen for normal hour next Monday December 2nd❗️

We have a very yoga centric Good Cat Naughty Cat this week! 🐱🧘‍♀️

The cats and kittens were super into it so we just ended up with so many fun moments and pictures!

Picatso has really been being the sweetest and we have so many pictures of him wandering from mat to mat, cuddling up on people or just lazily walking under downward dogs. 🥹🥹

Putri noticed she wasn’t getting any attention so she moved forward with starting a huge fight with another cat (or 3) so we had to give her the naughty cat towel burrito treatment to remove her from the area.

We will also have an art class with Volen Art Space where we will create paw molds and paint them! If you’ve been interested in trying our art classes this will be a great time as well also have the thrift event and it will be a really fun vibe! 🎨

We had so much fun collaborating with to bring you a full size calendar featuring some of our adoptable, furry fesidents posing along side trainers and members at the gym! 💪

There is never a dull day with Yuki.

Speaking of days- Picatso’s njt been having good days lately. He’s lost weight and over all been very stressed from being around so many cats. Poor guy was an only child for years before being abandoned at The Odd Cat. 😢

But he’s really been opening up to new people lately! We have high hopes someone will see behind he’s messy, stressed I it current state too the handsome playful blue eyed boy he really is! 💕

By the way! Yoga next Saturday for anyone who would like to join we have a few sports left! 🧘‍♀️

“Just euthanize them. The surgery is too expensive and we can’t take them home anyways.”💔 This was a conversation overheard by Takku and Tikku’s rescuer while she had her own cat at the vet. The twins were at the vet with their original rescuers who had them vaccinated and sterilized, but were later informed both would need their eye removed due to infection. Thankfully this woman stepped in to sponsor the surgery and reached out to us! Giving Takku and Tikku another chance at life! ❤️‍🩹 The twins have been at The Odd Cat since their surgery and they are thriving. Full of life and love to give! They’re either jumping into your arms for a cuddle or snuggling into any available lap for a long nap. The BIGGEST purr machines. 💕🥹They’re as identical as it gets with the eye situation. 👀 Takku is just a smidge bigger and has the blue collar! They’re already super popular with guests and we have high hopes it won’t be long until the find their forever home! 🐱 Come meet them at The Odd Cat every day from 10AM-5PM! ✨

Adopt Dusty! ✨

Someone please adopt this big goof. 😅 Dusty is a massive, handsome boy. He clearly loves a good butt pat and has one of those funny, little chirpy meows. He’s a big softie and is always down to give you a good cuddle. 🥰😍 Dusty was one of the he cats who was thrown out into the street after his owner passed away unexpectedly. Luckily his rescuer brought him to The Odd Cat and his been waiting here since for his forever home. 🏡 Wanna meet Dusty and our other adoptable residents? Come visit us in our cat cafe any day from 10AM-5PM! ✨

The Odd Cat Bali

The Odd Cat Bali opened its door in November 2016.

Since the opening, we have rescued over 350 cats and kittens and found homes for over 230 of them. Our goal when we started the cafe was to support Villa Kitty Fundation by taking fully vaccinated kittens from them, and have them up for adoption in the cafe. As more people started knowing about us, people started dumping more kittens, hence making it harder for us to directly support Villa Kitty.

We are not a shelter, but we do take in cats and kittens when we can. They all need to be checked by a vet, then vaccinated (2 times) and sterilised once they are big enough. The profit from cafe is enough to support the number of residents (15 cats), but all the new rescues need financial support. We appreciate any kind of donations to help with the new rescues.

In July 2017, we opened a small boarding facility as many people were asking for this kind of service. It has been a great financial support to all the rescues and we hope we can develop this for the future.
