Fairyglen Community Animal Sanctuary

Fairyglen Community Animal Sanctuary Marie Healy Fairyglen sanctuary is an non-profit group who volunteers their hard work to give all animals a chance of a better life.

We rescue surrendered animals that are not reclaimed, re-homed or are just badly treated. Because of the times we are now living in we are getting more animals in because people are emigrating or have lost their jobs and houses and can no longer keep hold of their pets,

We will keep them for an indefinite period and even for life if necessary as no healthy animal is put to sleep due to our no ki

ll policy. We are always in urgent need of donations as we have to feed, house, medicate and obtain veterinary care for all our animals this also include's an ongoing neutering and vaccination programme which is also very costly. April/May begins kitten season which also puts horrendous pressure on us, this combined with people abandoning their pets puts extreme financial pressure on the sanctuary so any donation, big or small would be very gratefully accepted.
