The yard itself has a 60X30m floodlit sand, fiber and rubber arena, with a full course of jumps, and a separate enclosed lunge ring. There are also individual paddocks used for daily turn out for horses (all year round if wanted!). There are also excellent quiet roads for hacking. There are 15 stables within an american barn and 6 outdoor stables in a courtyard, all with automatic water drinkers a
nd individual feeders, there is also a secure alarmed tack room and each stable has their own individual storage locker outside their stable. We have also a hot and cold a wash bay facility. Vet and farrier on call 24hrs, also a clipping service is available. The owner lives onsite and manages the yard. Each individual livery is catered for on a personal basis, we offer a weekly lesson included in the livery price, livery includes; haylage, feed, fresh shavings, mucking out daily and turn out when required.
