Our Story
Hello Everybody thank you for taking the time to come on to our Business Page Creations By Clodagh where we specialise in Personalised Christmas Ornaments and Decorations for all occassions. Its a family run business with my wife Rachel looking after the Mutlimedia side and myself Andrew running the day to day operations. We have 3 children (a girl and 2 boys) and 2 fur babies (Kacey and Riley our 2 Cockapoos). We’re both from the West of Ireland, Rachel coming from Co. Mayo and myself from Co. Galway. I have nearly 20 years experience working in the retail sector and Rachel as a BSc in Multimedia Programming & Design and MSc in Interactive Media.
So we decided to start Creations By Clodagh after previously renting another retail business for 2 years. We absolutely love the ornaments and our own tree at home is close to capacity with them. We started our Christmas keepsake tradition 9 years ago when we had ‘Our 1st Christmas’, followed by baby’s 1st Christmas, Engaged, Wedding more babies and then Pets and a new family ornament every year!! Another nice tradition is our memorial ornaments which is sad and happy all at once. Our kids love when we hang these ornaments because it gives them a chance to ask questions and learn about family members that are no longer with us.
Our home is a quite busy with our kids still quite young so we were looking for a working from home solution. With childcare so expensive and trying to avoid long hours stuck commuting. We but our heads together and decided to use both our skill sets to set up Creations By Clodagh. Our main goals with this business is to give our customers an enjoyable experience while shopping with us and a product they will love to take down from the attic each October, okay fine December!! Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible and for it to be the way you want it.
Over the years we have both always gotten great feedback for our quick and friendly responses to our customers queries. So for the Creations By Clodagh Team, Customer Service is our No.1 Priority because with out customers we have no business. And our Customers are our Biggest Ambassadors.
