Really didn't want to have to have to do this but due to new customers booking spaces and cancelling last minute or not even bothering to contact us at all or just not showing up all new customers will now have to pay a non refundable fee on the day of booking.
Please be fair to us we are refusing others because this kennel is booked for your dog/dogs for certain dates so when you cancel we lose out. We are very fair to our customers and haven't moved our prices at all in the last few years so please be fair to us.

Questions we get asked a lot.

Are we insured ?
Yes we are fully insured

Do we mix dogs ?
No not unless they come in together from the same household. While your dog or someone else's dog could be great with other dogs in your home every dog reacts different in a kennel environment without their owners present so for the safety of everyone's dog while in our care they are not mixed.

Is your drinking water on the mains?
No we have our own well and their drinking water is the same as what we drink.

Do you supply food ?
Yes we supply dry food but if your dog is on wet food or a special diet you are asked to bring your own.

Do we take in dogs on medication?
Yes we do as long as we know in advance.

Do all dogs have to be vaccinated?
Yes all dogs must be fully vaccinated and kennel cough must be done no later than 3 weeks before they come into us.

Do you take in every breed of dog?
Yes we don't discriminate here every dog is welcome ❤

The last couple of weeks have been crazy busy 🙈 We had so much fun with all the doggies staying here and think they enjoyed the sun as much as we did 😆
June is nearly completely booked up few dates left for July and August. Can't wait to see you all again 🥰

Just some of the beautiful dogs who came to stay with us this summer 🥰
Was great to see some familiar faces and meet the new ones ❤️
So after a rather crazy busy 4 months we hate to have to mention the C🎄🎄 word but the bookings are coming in fast for it already.
So our opening times for December are

Christmas eve - drop & collection morning only between 10am- 11am

Christmas day - Closed to the public

St Stephen's - Closed to the public

27th, 28th, 29th, 30th - Drop off & collections as normal between 10-11am or 5-6pm

31st Dec - Drop off and collection morning only between 10-11am

1st Jan - Closed to the public

2nd onwards back to normal hours.

June so far has been full of fun 😆🥰

Evening all, this is one of our busiest times of the year so can everyone please respect our times.
Mornings drop off and collections are between 10am and 11am sharp.
Evening drop off and collections between 5pm and 6pm sharp.
Phone will now not be answered after that time.

We close at 6pm sharp. This is feeding time which can take up to two hours with all the different dogs, then it's our own feeding time after that.

Also people that are booking dates and are not turning up to collect their dogs until the next morning without even letting us know are going to be charged an extra full day.

We are fully booked out for the Christmas and the new year but can everyone please make sure all vaccinations and kennel cough are up to date. We have had a few send me on pics that are years out of date. It's only going to be a disappointment to yourself if you have a trip booked and we have to turn you away.

We are back open after our own hols 😊 bookings coming in fast for the October bank holiday. As much as I don't want to mention the Christmas word 🙈 book early to avoid disappointment.
Please remember drop off and collection times are either between 10 and 11am or 5 and 6pm, we close at 6pm sharp.

With the price of ESB after doubling in the last few months we have to put our prices up from the end of January. It will now be
One dog 15 euro per day.
Two dogs sharing 25 per day.
Three dogs sharing 30 per day.
Collection and drop off is also available at an extra cost depending on the distance.

Hi all obviously in the last few days there has been a lot of cancellations there is no cancellation fee so please don't worry. For the people who have dogs here at the moment and can't get home don't panic your dogs are fine here for whatever lenght of time needed. Also there is no extra charge for anyone who can't get home ❤
